The flop came 8♠2♠9♥ and Smith continued with a bet. Le called and both players checked the A♠ turn.

Le led out on the 9♦ river and Smith folded.

Smith was left with just 3,500,000 following that hand and wouldn't wait long before getting the rest of his chips in the middle.

Smith again raised the button and Le called.

Smith bet the 10♣J♠6♠ flop and Le called before Le led out on the 7♣ turn. Smith counted out his stack before raising, and Le quickly called.

The river came the 4♣ and Le bet again. Smith called all in for less than the amount of the bet and Le showed 10♥9♥8♣2♣ for a flush and a low.

Smith, though, had A♣9♣8♦7♠ for the nut flush and a low to scoop the pot as Le slammed his chips down on the felt in frustration.

Smith checked on seventh street. Le checked his cards once more before looking at Smith. He bet, and Smith called. Le revealed Q♦Q♠9♣ for two pair, queens and nines.

"Nice hand," said Smith as he mucked.

The river came the J♠ and both players checked to showdown, where Smith turned over A♥K♣Q♦3♠ for a pair of aces. Le studied the board for a moment before sending his cards into the muck.

Smith then won some more chips off Le, this time in Stud Hi-Lo.
