Barbero Gives it Up on the Turn

Nacho Barbero opened 120,000 in early position and Sergio Aguero defended the big blind,

When the JJ4 flop hit the felt, Aguero check-raised the continuation bet of 105,000 to 225,000. Barbero took about 20 seconds before making the call.

The 4 fell on the turn, double pairing the board, and Aguero fired another bet of 200,000, which was enough to force Barbero out of the pot.

Kulcsár Kicks Lonis Out

Scott Seiver opened to 125,000 from the cutoff. But on the button, Jesse Lonis shoved for 265,000 chips.

Next to act, Gergely Kulcsár in the small blind decided to four-bet all in with the biggest stack in the field. "I'm pretty sure I have to fold" said Seiver, who eventually folded.

Kulcsár was in the lead preflop and stayed ahead after the river on 7JQKQ, which gave him trips. "I had eights" said Seiver after the hand to justify his fold.

Ioannis Angelou-Konstas limped the small blind and Santhosh Suvarna checked his option.

The dealer fanned a flop of KJ4, and Angelou-Konstas check-called a bet of 60,000.

The 6 turn was checked through to the J river.

Angelou-Konstas took about 20 seconds and announced a bet of 300,000. Suvarna snap-mucked, sending the pot to Angelou-Konstas.

The 3 turn was checked by both players to see the 8 on the river.

Lonis checked once more before being faced with a bet of 365,000 from Kulcsar. Lonis went deep into the tank, using multiple time bank chips before eventually making the call at two minutes. Kulcsar tabled AQ and Lonis sighed as he mucked his hand.

Peters Check-Raises it Away on the Flop
