After he took the lead, Istvan Briski opened every hand and won the blinds each time except in two hands: when Shawn Daniels moved all in, and when Julien Montois three-bet in the big blind in a blind versus blind situation.

At some point, it was Charles La Boissonniere who open-shoved from the cutoff for a total of 13,000,000 chips. Briski called on the button, and the blinds folded.

Charles La Boissonniere stayed behind on the flop 4♦10♠9♠ and on the turn 7♠. He was definitively eliminated after Briski hit the A♥ on the river, giving him a pair.

The turn was the J♥ and Scarborough checked again. Briski mumbled through the options and then barreled a bet of 14,500,000 into the pot. Scarborough glanced at his cards and then called.

The river completed the board with the 6♦. Scarborough took over the initiative and led out with a bet of 22,000,000. Briski looked over to him and then shoved. Scarborough snap-folded. Briski proudly jumped up from his chair and flipped over the 10♦9♥ to show the bluff and celebrated with his rail.

On the first hand, Anthony Scarborough moved all in with the biggest stack to put pressure on his opponents and everybody folded.
