Patel Gets Maximum Value

Nível 12 : Blinds 1,000/2,500, 2,500 ante

Shaural Patel raised from early position to 6,000, finding three callers; the cutoff, small blind and big blind.

On a flop of 85J, the action was checked to Patel who bet out for 4,000. Both the cutoff and small blind called.

On the A turn, Patel bet again for 12,000. Only the cutoff continued.

The 10 river saw one last bet of 25,000 from Patel. The cutoff called and proceeded to muck at the sight of Patel's A3.

Shirin Oskooi Holds in Three-Way All In

Nível 11 : Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

Jordan Cristos open jammed from the button for 20,000 and Shirin Oskooi in the small blind called off the bet for her last 18,000. Kevin Song in the big blind also called and had both players at risk.

Shirin Oskooi: K10
Jordan Cristos: QQ
Kevin Song: KJ

The board ran out 4AJ97. Oskooi's queens held for a triple-up while Song busts Cristos for his bounty.

Enticing a Ten

Nível 11 : Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante
Landon Tice
Landon Tice

Landon Tice went all in for exactly 12 big blinds from middle position and it seemed like it would get through until the big blind asked for a count. After some deliberation, he did make the call, joining the quest for a bounty.

Landon Tice: A10
Big Blind: AJ

Tice seemed at peace with being pipped when the flop rolled 936, but he did give a nod of approval when the 10 peeled on the turn. The player in the big blind was left shaking his head when the 9 completed the board and Tice's ten's up were good enough to scoop the pot.

Max Paine for Konnikova

Nível 11 : Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante
Maria Konnikova
Maria Konnikova

After another player moved all in before her, short-stacked Maria Konnikova shoved the rest of her chips into the middle and larger stack Jason Paine did the same.

Maria Konnikova: 22
Player 2: K8
Jason Paine: KQ

The flop of 38A was safe for Konnikova, but the Q on the turn gave Paine the lead with his pair of queens and the river 4 sealed his victory as Konnikova and the other player were sent to the rail.

"This Ought to Be a Fun One"

Nível 10 : Blinds 800/1,600, 1,600 ante
Jimmy D'Ambrosio
Jimmy D'Ambrosio

After an open from early position, Patrick Carrigan three-bet to 3,500 and Jimmy D'Ambrosio four-bet to 19,900 (leaving 100 behind).

The early position player made the call but then Carrigan moved all in for around 70,000 and both players made the call to put themselves at risk.

"Well, this ought to be a fun one," D'Ambrosio commented as the cards were tabled.

Jimmy D'Ambrosio: A8
Early Position: AQ
Patrick Carrigan: KK

"Yep, I'm dead," D'Ambrosio laughed as the flop came out A2K.

The early position player celebrated when he saw the ace in the window but that was short-lived as the king that followed gave Carrigan a set.

The runout of 10K gave Carrigan quad kings on the river to scoop the pot along with the two bounties to boost him up to 165,000.
