Campbell Flushes Opponent Away

Nível 7 : Blinds 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

On a heads-up flop of 849, Jeff Campbell bet 7,000 from the button but was then check-raised to 18,000 by his opponent in the cutoff.

Campbell made the call and the two went to the turn 3, to which the cutoff immediately moved all in. Campbell quickly made the call to put his opponent at risk and the cards were o their backs.

The player in the cutoff then proudly tabled J9 for a flush but that feeling quickly changed when Campbell rolled over KQ for an even bigger flush and left his opponent drawing stone dead. The meaningless A came on the river to secure Campbell's victory and eliminated his opponent.

The player on the button, who had Rash covered, asked for a count from the player in the small blind, then looked over to Rash before deciding to fold. With the play now heads up, the cards were tabled.
