Songer Mucks to Amer's Two Pair
Nível 12
: Blinds 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante
The board read 4♣5♣K♣10♥ with some chips in the middle already.
The player in the middle position had bet 7,000 and Douglas Songer raised it up to 27,500 from the hijack. Abdul Amer was in the big blind and made the call. The middle position player thought about it for a bit but folded.
The river completed the board with the A♥ and both players checked. Amer tabled the K♦5♥ for two pair. Songer was ready to muck but was unsure and stared at the board and Amer's cards to figure out what he had. The middle position player confirmed that Amer had hit two pair and Songer's cards went into the muck.
