Hellmuth Survives All-In
Nível 13
: Limits 6,000/12,000, 0 ante
It folded around Yong Wang on the button who made it two-bets to go. Phill Hellmuth called the initial raise from the small blind, but Conner Drinan re-raised from the big blind, giving Wang the opportunity to four-bet, which he did. Hellmuth pushed his remaining chips into the middle and Drinan also called.
The board ran out A♣8♦7♠3♠8♠ and Wang would call three streets worth of bets from Drinan, before shoving his cards face down into the muck.
Hellmuth: Q♦Q♣7♣4♣
Drinan: A♥8♥7♦4♠
Wang: XxXxXxXx
Drinan would take the high with a full house, eights full of aces and Hellmuth would take the low to stay alive.
