Merijn Van Rooij
Merijn Van Rooij

Feature Table B

Merijn van Rooij was all-in for his last 245,000 and Bruce Knee had called on his direct left with the bigger stack.

Merijn van Rooij: {k-Spades}{j-Hearts}
Bruce Knee: {a-Hearts}{j-Spades}

The board ran out {2-Diamonds}{q-Hearts}{j-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}{4-Hearts} for Knee to hold with the ace-kicker and the pair of jacks they had both flopped. Van Rooij quietly made his way out of the feature table area

Lococo Losing Chips

Nível 22 : Blinds 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante
Alejandro Lococo
Alejandro Lococo

Action was caught on the {8-Spades}{8-Clubs}{2-Clubs}{9-Clubs}{9-Hearts} completed board with Alejandro Lococo checking in the big blind. Michael Pickett then bet 375,000 into a pot of 750,000 from the cutoff. Lococo mulled over his options before calling.

Pickett tabled his {10-Spades}{10-Hearts} for nines full of tens and Lococo mucked his cards.

Colpoys Loses Out After Set-Up Flop

Nível 22 : Blinds 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante

Andrew Ostapchenko was all in on a flop of {9-Spades}{6-Hearts}{5-Diamonds} for 1,920,000. His opponent was Dan Colpoys who had started the day with close to five million in chips.

Andrew Ostapchenko: {8-Clubs}{7-Clubs}
Dan Colpoys: {9-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}

Colpoys had flopped top set but his opponent had flopped the nut straight. The turn {4-Spades} and river {k-Spades} bricked and Ostapchenko chipped up.

Finger Busted by Bhalla Who Thought He Was Done

Nível 22 : Blinds 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante
Eshaan Bhalla
Eshaan Bhalla

Feature Table B

The action was caught on the {4-Hearts}{j-Spades}{6-Hearts} flop with 165,000 in the middle.

Eshaan Bhalla had checked from the big blind for Martin Finger to bet 100,000 from the middle position. Bhalla shoved and Finger called for the 370,000 he had behind.

Martin Finger: {q-Spades}{j-Hearts}
Eshaan Bhalla: {k-Hearts}{j-Diamonds}

They had both flopped top pair but Bhalla was ahead with the king-kicker.

The rest of the board was completed with the {8-Spades} on the turn and the {a-Clubs} on the river to signal the end of Finger's run in the main event.

Bhalla pushed his stack forward, grabbed his backpack (to the confusion of his table mates), and then looked over confused too.

"I thought he had queens!" and then celebrated a bit with some delay.

Collins Ramps Up Aggression

Nível 22 : Blinds 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante
Kyle Collins
Kyle Collins

Kyle Collins opened to 70,000 from early position and received calls from Fabrice Bigot in the cutoff as well as Alan Mastic out of the big blind.

Mastic checked to the preflop raiser on the {2-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}{a-Hearts} flop and Collins continued for 90,000. Bigot called while Mastic folded to generate heads-up action heading to the turn.

The {a-Clubs} turn paired the board but that did not slow Collins down, who instead fired off 160,000. It was not enough to shed Bigot as he again called.

Collins wasted little time before moving all in after the {4-Diamonds} river, sending Bigot into the tank. After a couple of minutes, Bigot reluctantly released his hand to leave himself short while moving Collins up over the 4,000,000 mark.

Koray Aldemir
Koray Aldemir

Earlier on the feature table, Jimmy Tran shoved from the button for his last 300,000. Koray Aldemir was in the big blind and called.

Jimmy Tran: {a-Hearts}{j-Spades}
Koray Aldemir: {a-Spades}{k-Spades}

Aldemir had woken up with big slick in the big blind, and restricted his opponent's outs further after the {9-Hearts}{6-Spades}{2-Spades} flop gave him a flush draw. The turn {5-Diamonds} and river {7-Diamonds} bricked and Tran was eliminated.

Clark Sends In the Dump Truck

Nível 22 : Blinds 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante
Scotter Clark
Scotter Clark

Gabi Livshitz raised it up from middle position and was called by Scotter Clark in the small blind. The flop came {10-Diamonds}{7-Spades}{2-Spades} and Clark checked to Livshitz who continued for 60,000. Clark loaded up his toy dump truck with chips and sent it into the middle of the table as he announced all in for 275,000. Livshitz snap-called and the cards were tabled.

Scotter Clark: {a-Spades}{10-Spades}
Gabi Livshitz: {j-Clubs}{j-Diamonds}

Livshitz was currently in the lead but Clark had a wealth of outs to double up. It was the {k-Spades} on the turn that sealed the deal as Clark made a flush and remained in the tournament.

Justin Lapka
Justin Lapka

On a {8-Spades}{4-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}{5-Hearts} board, Dean Baranowski got the rest of his short stack in from the big blind against Justin Lapka in the hijack.

Dean Baranowski: {4-Spades}{4-Clubs}
Justin Lapka: {8-Hearts}{8-Diamonds}

Baranowski ran into a superior set and was drawing to the case four to stay alive, but the {2-Clubs} bricked out and he was sent to the payout desk, while Lapka took the pot to move near 5 million in chips.

Devore Outflips Sullivan To Survive

Nível 22 : Blinds 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante

Sundiata Devore moved all in for his last 400,000 or so from late position and was called by Thomas Sullivan on the button.

Sundiata Devore: {4-Clubs}{4-Spades}
Thomas Sullivan: {k-Diamonds}{q-Hearts}

Devore would need his fours to hold in order to keep his seat for a while longer. He stayed ahead on the {5-Clubs}{8-Diamonds}{a-Diamonds} flop and the {9-Diamonds} turn. The {10-Spades} river completed a safe board for the at risk player and ensured Devore will not have to hit the showers just yet.
