Phil Hellmuth and Shawn Smith went heads-up blind on blind to a flop when Hellmuth called a bet.
Both players checked the turn before Hellmuth, changed from his Darth Vader custume into a black and yellow jersey, put out a 25,000 green chip and announced 12,000 on the river.
Shawn came back with a raise to 30,000 and sent the 16-time bracelet winner into the tank for several minutes.
"Three threes," Hellmuth asked.
"No, not that," Smith replied.
"Three queens," Hellmuth continued as he pondered the decision for most of his stack.
He eventually flicked in a call as Smith showed for the runner-runner wheel. Hellmuth turned over before throwing them into the muck, burying his head in his hands as he's been knocked down to a severe short stack an hour into his Main Event.

A player opened to 1,800 from under the gun and was called by the small blind as well as Ludovic Geilich out of the big blind.
The flop came and all three players checked to see the turn. At this point the small blind checked for a second time and Geilich, known for his aggressive approach, bet out 2,300. That bet was enough to convince the under the gun player to fold but the small blind, unconvinced, called.
The small blind checked once again after the river, prompting Geilich to size up to 10,200. It did not take long for his opponent to make the call and Geilich quickly mucked.

Action began when former WSOP Main Event Champion Qui Nguyen opened to 2,000 in early position and was called by Aaron Ogus to his left. He was then raised to 6,000 by Johnson Lim in late position. Nguyen responded by putting in the four-bet jam for 56,000, which sent Ogus into the tank. After some deliberation, Ogus made the fold (later said was pocket sixes) then Lim snap-called and the cards were tabled with Nguyen at risk.
Qui Nguyen:
Johnson Lim:
Faced with the classic cooler, Nguyen needed a king to stay alive in search of his second Main Event title, but it was quite literally not in the cards as the board ran out to give Lim the victory as Nguyen exited the tournament area.
