The last players who were in Paris are now in Bally's.
Everybody is in the same room, and the screen was just updated — 952 players are now all together, looking for the bubble, which is their next big step, before thinking about bagging at the end of Level 22.
With more than 4,000 people today the organizers still need some time to announce the officials numbers.
The under-the-gun player jammed for 55,000 and Christian Harder put in a raise on the button, forcing the blinds to quickly fold and both hands were tabled.
Under the gun:
Christian Harder:
Harder had his opponent dominated and was able to fade the eight as the board ran out , sending his opponent to the rail.
Christian Harder raised to 8,000 on the button before Steven Snyder three-bet to 37,000 in the small blind. The big blind folded and the action was back on Harder who took a few seconds before announcing all in. Snyder pushed his cards into the muck.
The following hand, Christian Harder raised to 8,000 in the cutoff and only the big blind came along.
Both players quickly checked on the flop and the hit the turn.
The big blind led for 9,000 and Harder made the call.
When the hit the river, the big blind checked to Harder and after a few seconds he put out a bet of 14,000. The big blind went into the tank counting his stack. He piled his stack of about 55,000 into a tower but ultimately decided to fold, sending the pot to Harder.
"I was not supposed to play that tournament, but here we are," said Jack Sinclair, who late registered, got a beer, and already has about double the starting stack.
He managed to double up his 40,000 stack pretty quickly, winning with ace-king against ace-eight. And now, it's time to have a little fun for the 2017 WSOP Main Event finalist.
With about 60,000 in the middle the board read and Jaspal Brar had a bet of 43,000 in front of him after Jamie Nixon checked.
Nixon went into the tank and eventually dropped a chip across the line to call. Brar instantly tabled for the nut straight and Nixon mucked his hand while paying off the bet.
