Frank "The Tank" Stepuchin pushed in the last of his 4,000 in the middle on the {10-Diamonds}{a-Hearts}{2-Spades}{5-Hearts} turn.

After a few moments, his opponent folded.

Stepuchin showed {a-Clubs}{k-Spades} for top pair, top kicker and dragged the pot.

"I'm not messing around," said Stepuchin. "Maybe next time I will be."

He has more than $1,200,000 in recorded earnings.

The Shark Still Looking for Food

Nível 2 : 100/200, 200 ante
Humberto Brenes
Humberto Brenes

Humberto Brenes raised to 500 from the early position and only the player to his left called.

Both players checked the {a-Spades}{3-Clubs}{8-Hearts} flop and the {q-Diamonds} turn to see the {9-Spades} river.

His opponent bet out 800 and Brenes folded.

Despite losing the small pot Brenes is already over his starting stack.

Nielson Fights Back With a Double

Nível 2 : 100/200, 200 ante
Allen Nielson
Allen Nielson

Action was heads up with 1,000 and {10-Clubs}{7-Hearts}{4-Spades} in the middle when the big blind checked to Allen Nielson on the button with the short stack. Nielson shoved his last 2,800 and the big blind called.

His opponent turned over {10-Hearts}{2-Hearts} for a pair of tens, but Nielson had {10-Diamonds}{9-Hearts} to take the lead with the better kicker.

The board ran out {a-Hearts}{q-Diamonds} and Nielson held on to secure the double with a pair of tens.

Nielson ran to 145th place to cash in this year's Seniors Event, and he's building on a 2021 WSOP where he finished 48th in the Super Seniors and had a deep run to 534th in the Main Event.

Blumenfield Gets Beat on the River

Nível 2 : 100/200, 200 ante
Neil Blumenfield
Neil Blumenfield

Neil Blumenfield was spotted in the field with his usual brimmed hat, scarf, and a jean jacket. He finished third in the 2015 Main Event for $3,398,298.

Blumenfield called a bet of 500 on the {j-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds} flop to see the {2-Spades} turn. His opponent continued for 500 more and Blumenfield called to see the {a-Hearts} river.

His opponent led for 500 once more and Blumenfield called. He was shown the bad news though as they tabled {k-Clubs}{q-Diamonds} for a rivered Broadway straight, and Blumenfield flashed the {a-Clubs} as he mucked.

Buckingham Triples With Trips

Nível 1 : 100/100, 100 ante
Kent Buckingham
Kent Buckingham

The action was found with Kent Buckingham raising all in for 6,100 from the big blind. A player in middle position called and the small blind reraised all in for 19,200. After a minute in the tank, the middle position player folded.

Kent Buckingham: {k-Spades}{6-Clubs}
Small Blind: {a-Spades}{k-Clubs}

The flop brought {j-Clubs}{2-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds} giving Buckingham a pair of sixes to take the lead and the turn {6-Hearts} sealed the deal as the meaningless {7-Diamonds} completed the board.

Aulick Makes a Full House

Nível 1 : 100/100, 100 ante
Ed Aulick
Ed Aulick

With about 1,900 in the pot on the {9-Spades}{6-Spades}{j-Hearts}{j-Spades} turn, Ed Aulick from Kentucky bet 800 and found one caller.

The river brought the {8-Spades} and Aulick bet 1,200 more.

His opponent meant to call but accidentally put out 2,400. The floor ruled that it was a raise and the hand was still live.

Aulick just called and showed his {9-Diamonds}{9-Hearts} for a full house, nines full of jacks, while his opponents {a-Clubs}{j-Diamonds} trip jacks went into the muck.

Aulick finished 11th in this event back in 2017 for $15,804.
