Event #49: $2,000 No-Limit Hold'em
Dia 2 Concluído
Play has come to a close on Day 2 of Event #49: $2,000 No-Limit Hold'em at the 2022 WSOP at Bally's and Paris Las Vegas. 310 hopefuls started the day, but when the dust settled after eight 60-minute levels, only 39 players were able to find a bag for Day 3. The remainder of the field will battle it out for the remainder of the $3,519,060 prize pool with $527,944 reserved for the first-place finisher, plus the coveted gold WSOP bracelet.
Brazil’s Lucas Tabarin leads the pack with a stack of 4,240,000. He is, however, closely followed by Jack Corrigan (3,910,000), and veteran tournament grinder Ioannis Angelou Konstas (3,751,000). All three of them are hoping to win their first WSOP bracelet when the tournament plays to a winner.
Other notables making it through to Day 3 include bracelet winners Heidi May (2,500,000) and Tyler Cornell (1,830,000). Eddy Sabat (1,605,000), Michael Watson (1,505,000), Christopher Frank (950,000), and Day 1 chip leader Faraz Jaka (770,000) also found a bag at the end of the day.

GGPoker Ambassador Hristivoje 'AllInPav' Pavlovic started the day with a short stack but managed to get a stack going when the tournament reached the money. Unfortunately for the Australian Twitch streamer, he had to bow out in 81st place, collecting $6,006 to ease the pain of busting out.
The action will resume tomorrow, June 26th at 1 p.m. local time, beginning with Level 24 and a 60-minute dinner break on the schedule.

The board read in a heads-up pot when Shan Jing checked from the big blind and faced an all in bet from Daniel Custodio with a higher stack. Jing tanked for some time and tossed his cards into the muck.
Custodio revealed for a pair of aces and Jing told the table he held

Heidi May:
It was a typical flip situation , and Cure found at first a board to give him a pair of queens. But the
turn and
river brought the flush to May to eliminate Cure and scoop the pot.
