Dulaney Triples Up

Nível 10 : 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante

After losing most of his chips in a cooler the previous hand, "Fireman" Scott Dulaney in the cutoff decided to push all in for his remaining 6,000 chips. The player on the button called, but then David Williams in the small blind three-bet to push the button all in as well. The three players tabled their cards and the race was on, with both Dulaney and the button player at risk.

Scott Dulaney: {q-Hearts}{j-Hearts}{6-Clubs}{5-Clubs}
Button player: {q-Spades}{j-Diamonds}{9-Spades}{2-Diamonds}
David Williams: {a-Hearts}{k-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}

The board ran out {10-Hearts}{4-Spades}{3-Spades}{7-Clubs}{6-Hearts} which gave Dulaney a straight, scooping the main pot and tripling back up to the starting stack. Meanwhile, David Williams knocked out the other player with one pair, sixes.

Leonard On The Comeback

Nível 10 : 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante

Patrick Leonard in the small blind reluctantly called the 9,000 bet from the big blind which was enough to put him all-in.

Patrick Leonard: {a-Clubs}{k-Hearts}{10-Spades}{5-Spades}
Big Blind: {q-}{j-}{10-}{10-}

The flop of {a-}{9-}{6-} put the Englishman in the lead, but the {k-} on the turn gave plenty of straight opportunities for the big blind. The {2-} on the river was a brick and Leonard's rebuilding job is in full swing.

Wantman Wins Flip

Nível 9 : 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

Facing a raise, Matthew Wantman announced the classic "ehh f**k it" and raised his opponent all in, which was quickly called.

Matthew Wantman: {a-Clubs}{k-Clubs}{8-Clubs}{5-Diamonds}
Opponent: {a-}{j-}{9-}{10-}

The flop came {a-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}{7-Hearts} which gave Wantman's opponent the lead with top two pair, and the turn {9-Hearts} further improved him to a gutter straight draw. But the river {k-Hearts} gave Wantman a bigger two pair, and since neiither players had hearts that was good enough for Wantman to win the pot, busting his opponent.
