Ace-High Good for Litt

Nível 15 : 5,000/10,000, 0 ante

Matthew Schreiber raised it up from the cutoff and David Litt three-bet on the button. The blinds folded and Schreiber called to see a flop of {10-Diamonds}{7-Spades}{3-Clubs}. Schreiber check-called a bet from Litt and the {q-Spades} landed on the turn.

Schreiber led out with a bet this time and Litt raised. Schreiber called and the {5-Diamonds} rolled off on the river. Both players tapped the table and Litt turned over {a-Diamonds}{k-Spades}. Schreiber messed around with his cards and flashed {j-Hearts}{9-Spades} before they went into the muck.

Pupillo Takes from Chip Leader

Nível 15 : 5,000/10,000, 0 ante

Matthew Schreiber opened from early position and Nick Pupillo defended from the big blind.

Pupillo checked on the flop of {8-Hearts}{j-Spades}{8-Clubs} and called a bet from Schreiber. Pupillo checked again on the {10-Clubs} turn and Schreiber checked back.

Pupillo bet on the {9-Clubs} river and Schreiber called, only to muck when Pupillo showed {q-Hearts}{10-Hearts} for a straight.

Jesse Lonis Eliminated in 14th Place ($16,920)

Nível 15 : 5,000/10,000, 0 ante
Jesse Lonis
Jesse Lonis

The action folded to Marco Johnson in the small blind who raised it up. Jesse Lonis re-raised from the big blind and Johnson countered with a four-bet. Lonis got the last of his chips in for around 40,000 and the cards were face up.

Jesse Lonis: {k-Diamonds}{4-Spades}
Marco Johnson: {q-Hearts}{7-Hearts}

The flop came {a-Hearts}{q-Diamonds}{8-Clubs} and Johnson took the lead with a pair of queens. The {8-Hearts} on the turn and the {7-Diamonds} on the river provided no help for Lonis who exited with a min-cash.

Lonis and Klassen Chop With the Same Hand — Again

Nível 15 : 5,000/10,000, 0 ante

Jesse Lonis opened from the hijack and Yi Klassen three-bet from the cutoff. The action folded back to Lonis, who four-bet all-in. Klassen called with a larger stack.

Jesse Lonis: {a-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds}
Yi Klassen: {a-Clubs}{j-Clubs}

Both players had the same hand and the {8-Spades}{6-Spades}{10-Clubs} didn't change much. The {10-Clubs} had Klassen freerolling with a flush draw but the {10-Spades} river ensured a chop.

The two players chopped an earlier all-in confrontation when they both held pocket eights.

Woodward Gets Another from Lonis

Nível 15 : 5,000/10,000, 0 ante

Matt Woodward raised it up in early position and was called by Kyle Dilschneider in the cutoff. Jesse Lonis three-bet from the small blind and Woodward responded with a four-bet. Dilschneider folded but Lonis called.

The flop fell {8-Spades}{2-Spades}{2-Diamonds} and Lonis check-called a bet from Woodward. The turn was the {6-Diamonds} and Lonis checked again. Woodward fired in another bet and Lonis dumped his cards into the muck.

Woodward Turns Wheel to Take From Lonis

Nível 15 : 5,000/10,000, 0 ante

Matt Woodward was out of position in a heads-up pot against Jesse Lonis on a board of {5-Spades}{9-Hearts}{2-Clubs}{4-Spades}.

Woodward checked and Lonis bet, which Woodward responded to with a check-raise. Lonis called.

The river brought a third spade and Woodward bet. Lonis snap-called, only to muck when Woodward showed {a-Diamonds}{3-Spades} for a straight.

Rast Eliminated on the Money Bubble

Nível 15 : 5,000/10,000, 0 ante
Brian Rast
Brian Rast

Jonathan Cohen raised it up from the hijack and Matthew Schreiber three-bet in the cutoff. Brian Rast stuck in the last of his 28,000 chips in from the small blind and Cohen called.

The flop came {6-Clubs}{5-Hearts}{2-Diamonds} and Cohen checked to Schreiber who made a bet. Cohen folded and the remaining two hands were tabled once the action at the other table was completed.

Brian Rast: {9-Diamonds}{5-Spades}
Matthew Schreiber: {k-Clubs}{q-Clubs}

Rast flopped a pair of fives to take the lead and just needed to hold for a triple-up. The {8-Spades} on the turn was safe but the {k-Hearts} on the river gave Schreiber a pair of kings, eliminating Rast on the money bubble.

Another Short-Stack Double

Nível 15 : 5,000/10,000, 0 ante

Chad Eveslage raised from the small blind and Yi Klassen defended from the big blind as the table short stack.

Eveslage bet on the flop of {2-Spades}{6-Clubs}{10-Clubs} and Klassen raised all-in. Eveslage called.

Yi Klassen: {k-Hearts}{10-Hearts}
Chad Eveslage: {10-Spades}{7-Spades}

Klassen had the better kicker and stayed ahead for a double-up as the board ran out {4-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}.

"Let's go!" cheered Klassen.

Woodward Goes Runner-Runner

Nível 15 : 5,000/10,000, 0 ante

Jesse Lonis raised it up from the hijack and was called by Matt Woodward and Matthew Rightnour in the blinds. The flop fell {k-Spades}{9-Spades}{6-Diamonds} and the blinds checked to Lonis who continued with a bet. Woodward called and Rightnour got out of the way.

The turn was the {q-Spades} and both players checked to the {q-Clubs} on the river. Woodward flicked in a bet and Lonis matched him. Woodward rolled over {q-Diamonds}{j-Clubs} for running queens which got a muck from Lonis.
