Razavi Serenades Table Whilst Being All In

Nível 10 : 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante
Sam Razavi
Sam Razavi

Sam Razavi was heads-up against an opponent on a {6-Spades}{7-Diamonds}{k-Diamonds}{a-Clubs} board where he had shoved when checked to, his button vs the cutoff. The pot was 70,000 and Razavi made it 130,000 all-in.

His opponent spent a lot of time talking with Razavi over what each other could have, before someone called the clock. Whilst waiting for a tournament Director, the ever extroverted Razavi broke out into song, offering the table his best version of Hakuna Matata, ''It means no worries for the rest of your days''.

His opponent decided to fold after, pushing Razavi up around the 200,000 mark.

Nguyen Catches Up

Nível 6 : 400/800, 800 ante
Thi Xoa Nguyen
Thi Xoa Nguyen

On a board of {a-Spades}{5-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}{a-Diamonds}, Thi Xoa Nguyen was facing a bet of 25,000 when she moved the rest of her last 35,000 chips. Her opponent called off and he was the player at risk.

Opponent: {j-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}
Thi Xoa Nguyen: {a-Clubs}{k-Clubs}

It was a bit of a cold deck situation for Nguyen and she was needing to catch up, luckily for her the {5-Hearts} fell on the river to turn her trips into a full-house to trump the flush.

Uri Reichenstein
Uri Reichenstein

Uri Reichenstein, who is coming off an incredible 2021 WSOP that included 11 cashes and three top-four finishes, was involved in a doozy of a hand mid-way through Day 1b.

With 30,000 already in the middle on a {a-Hearts}{8-Clubs}{2-Clubs}{q-Clubs}{7-Spades} board, Reichenstein moved all-in for his opponent's last 22,000.

The player in the small blind called with {a-Diamonds}{k-Diamonds} but was soundly beaten by the Israeli's {2-Spades}{2-Diamonds} for bottom set.
