Mark Gregorich Eliminated in 11th Place ($25,522)

Nível 19
Mark Gregorich
Mark Gregorich

Seven Card Stud

Mark Gregorich: {j-Spades}{9-Diamonds} / {10-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}{k-Diamonds}{10-Hearts} / {x-}
Mike Gorodinsky: {a-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds} / {a-Hearts}{8-Clubs}{9-Hearts}{3-Hearts} / {5-Clubs}

Mark Gregorich saw his stack get shorter throughout all streets and was all-in after sixth street. He was up against the aces and eights of Mike Gorodinsky and needed a ten or queen to stave off elimination. Gorodinsky didn't improve on seventh but neither did Gregorich, as he flashed the card for a second only before tossing the board into the muck.

Gregorich's short stack ride comes to an end in 11th place for a payday of $25,522.

Rast Chips Up Without Showdown

Nível 19

Pot-Limt Omaha Hi-Lo

Ben Diebold raised to 36,000 in the small blind and Brian Rast called out of the big blind. On a flop of {a-Spades}{8-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}, Diebold opted to check and then called a bet worth 31,000 by Rast. After the {10-Diamonds} turn, Diebold checked once more and then folded when Rast fired another bet.

"What was your low?" Diebold inquired and Rast replied with a "good question" without disclosing any further information.

Spade Flops Galore

Nível 19

Pot-Limit Omaha

A three-way pot saw Mark Gregorich, Mike Gorodinsky and Ben Diebold see a flop of {4-Spades}{k-Spades}{a-Spades}.

Action was checked through, as it was on the {4-Hearts} turn.

On the {k-Diamonds} river, Gorodinsky led for 30,000 and his opponents folded.

On the very next hand, Diebold raised his small blind to 36,000 and was called by Rast in the big blind.

Again, an all spade flop of {4-Spades}{k-Spades}{10-Spades} was spread, with Diebold leading for 20,000 and getting a quick fold from Rast.

Madsen Loses a Chunk to Zyrin and Claassen

Nível 19

Badacey

Prior to the final draw, Anatolii Zyrin bet out of the small blind and was called by Christopher Claassen in the big blind as well as Jeff Madsen on the button. Zyrin patted and Claassen discarded one. Madsen carefully studied his cards and then took them up high to re-check, for which he apologised to the table. Madsen then took two new cards and Zyrin's bet was called by both opponents.

Zyrin revealed the {5-Hearts}{4-Diamonds} / {6-Clubs}{2-Hearts}{a-Diamonds} for a three-card Six-Dugi and a six, which won half of the pot for the low. Claassen had the {5-Clubs} / {9-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}{2-Clubs}{a-Spades} for a Nine-Dugi to win the high portion as Madsen was scooped.

Small Pots for Diebold and Claassen

Nível 19

Seven Card Stud Hi-Lo

Ben Diebold: {x-}{x-} / {2-Diamonds}{7-Spades}{9-Spades}{a-Clubs}
Mark Gregorich: {x-}{x-} / {8-Clubs}{3-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}{k-Hearts}

Ben Diebold bet his lead on fourth and Mark Gregorich then did the same on fifth with the respective opponent calling. On sixth, Diebold regained the lead with an ace and bet, which won the pot uncontested.

Badacey

On the main feature table, Anatolii Zyrin check-called a bet after the first draw against Christopher Claassen and they both discarded one. Zyrin check-called and then asked the dealer if this was the final draw, which was confirmed. Both discarded one each again and Zyrin then check-folded as Claassen chipped up without showdown.
