Kiriopoulos Lays One Down

Demosthenes Kiriopoulos opened to 500 in early position and was called by Michael Flink in the cutoff along with both of the blinds. The flop came {a-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds} and the blinds checked to Kiriopoulos who continued for 1,200. Flink called and the blinds got out of the way.

The turn brought the {k-Hearts} and both players checked to the {9-Spades} on the river. Kiriopoulos checked again and Flink pushed out a bet of 5,000. Kiriopoulos checked his cards again and threw them to the muck.

Ben Landowski opened to 600 from the hijack and Dominik Nitsche defended his big blind.

On the {2-Spades}{8-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds} flop, Nitsche check-called a bet of 600 from Landowski.

The turn was the {3-Spades} and Nitsche check-called again, this time the bet was 1,200.

Action went check-check on the {j-Hearts} river and Nitsche tabled {5-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}, but Landowski had it beat with {10-Hearts}{10-Clubs}.

Lindgren Versus Marcucci

Gianluca Marcucci raised to 600 from early position and the small blind and Erick Lindgren in the big blind called.

The flop of {a-Clubs}{10-Spades}{6-Clubs} was checked all the way through to the turn of {q-Clubs}, which was checked to Marcucci who bet 1,000 and got a quick fold from the small blind and a call from Lindgren.

The river came out a {6-Hearts} and Lindgren checked to Marcucci who bet 2,000 which Lindgren briefly thought about before letting his hand go into the muck.

Vogelsang Chipping Up Early

Action was picked up on the turn on a board reading {5-Spades}{a-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}{j-Hearts} with about 13,500 in the middle and action on Christoph Vogelsang.

Vogelsang bet 5,500 on a his opponent quickly folded, giving Vogelsang an early pot.
