McClelland Takes It on the Turn

A player opened to 700 and Jack McClelland three-bet on the button for 1,700. After some thinking, his opponent called.

The flop revealed {3-Clubs}{9-Clubs}{6-Diamonds} and McClelland's opponent check-called a continuation bet for 1,100. When the {a-Diamonds} fell on the turn, it was checked again to McClelland who sent 3,000 in the middle. His opponent took a minute and folded his hand, revealing {q-Diamonds}{q-Spades}.

River Check-Raise Takes it For Sylvia

Three ways on a {k-Diamonds}{k-Spades}{2-Hearts} flop, Jesse Sylvia checked from the middle position, the cutoff checked and the button checked behind.

The turn brought the {9-Hearts} and Sylvia led out for 1,400. Both his opponents called.

Action checked to the button on the {6-Spades} turn and he bet 8,000. Sylvia paused for about a minute and then cut out a raise to 32,000 and placed it into the middle. Both his opponents quickly folded and Sylvia collected the pot.

A player from middle position raised to 800, Curt Kohlberg called from late position and the small blind came along as well.

The {6-Diamonds}{10-Spades}{10-Hearts} flop was checked around and the {8-Clubs} fell on the turn.

Action was checked to Kohlberg who fired out an uncontested 3,500 to win the pot.

Ho Loses Some to Dobbs

Three ways to the {q-Spades}{j-Hearts}{6-Spades} flop, Glenn Scheck checked out of the big blind and Maria Ho bet 1,100 from an early position. Scott Dobbs called while Scheck folded. The {k-Diamonds} turn was checked and Ho also checked the {q-Diamonds} on the river. Dobbs bet 2,200 and Ho called but mucked when she was shown the {a-Diamonds}{j-Clubs}.
