Vogelsang Eliminates Grafton

Nível 11 : 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante
Christoph Vogelsang
Christoph Vogelsang

Sam Grafton moved all-in preflop and was called by Christoph Vogelsang.

The hands were tabled and it was the {k-Spades}{q-Hearts} held by Grafton all-in and at-risk versus the {a-Spades}{6-Hearts} held by Vogelsang.

The dealer ran out the board of {9-Clubs}{2-Clubs}{j-Hearts}{2-Hearts}{4-Spades} and things ended just as they began, with Vogelsang ahead, and Grafton was eliminated from the tournament.

Koon Wins Without a Showdown

Nível 11 : 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante
Jason Koon
Jason Koon

George Wolff opened to 40,000 from under-the-gun and was called by Brian Rast in the hijack and Jason Koon on the button.

The action checked to Rast on the {3-Hearts}{2-Spades}{j-Hearts} flop and he bet 45,000. Koon called and Wolff folded.

The {5-Hearts} fell on the turn and Rast checked to Koon, who cut out a bet to 135,000 and placed it into the middle. Rast decided to fold and Koon dragged the pot.

Grafton Doubles Through Seiver

Nível 11 : 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante
Sam Grafton
Sam Grafton

Scott Seiver raised to 40,000, then got shoved on by Sam Grafton for 130,000.

The action folded around to Seiver who called.

Sam Grafton: {a-Spades}{10-Hearts}
Scott Seiver: {k-Spades}{10-Spades}

The {k-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}{6-Clubs} flop brought Seiver a king, but the {a-Clubs} turn gave Grafton a hammerlock on the hand, which was ended with the {9-Clubs} on the river.

Grafton is back to about a starting stack, while Seiver is on fumes.

Updated Chip Counts

Nível 11 : 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

Danias Ousts Peters

Nível 11 : 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

Nicholas Danias opened for 55,000 from middle position and David Peters shoved for his last 135,000 in the cutoff. Action folded back around to Danias, who called.

Nicholas Danias: {k-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}
David Peters: {a-Hearts}{k-Clubs}

It was a bit of a cooler for Peters, and the {j-Hearts}{7-Spades}{j-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds} runout was of no help — eliminating Peters from contention.

Joao Vieira
Joao Vieira

Galen Hall shoved for 260,000 on the button and was called by Joao Vieira after a bit of thought.

Joao Vieira: {a-Spades}{5-Clubs}
Galen Hall: {10-Hearts}{8-Hearts}

The {7-Hearts}{5-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}{j-Spades}{3-Diamonds} runout failed to improve Hall and he announced his intention to re-enter as he left the table.

Lewis Doubles Through Schindler

Nível 11 : 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

Jake Schindler called from middle position and Romain Lewis moved all-in for 180,000 chips from the cutoff. The action folded back around to Schindler who called.

The hands were tabled and it was the {q-Spades}{q-Hearts} held by Lewis that was all-in and at-risk versus the {8-Spades}{8-Diamonds} held by Schindler.

The dealer ran out the board of {7-Spades}{j-Clubs}{a-Clubs}{5-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds} and things ended as they began, with Lewis in the lead, and he secured a double up and survived his all-in.

Aido Doubles Through Arieh

Nível 10 : 10,000/15,000, 15,000 ante

Josh Arieh raised to 35,000 from early position and found one caller in Sergio Aido in the big blind.

The flop came {2-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}{3-Clubs} and Arieh bet enough to put Aido all in for his last 170,000. Aido called.

Sergio Aido: {j-Hearts}{7-Spades}
Josh Arieh: {a-Spades}{5-Hearts}

Aido was ahead and the {q-Hearts}{10-Spades} turn and river failed to improve Arieh's hand — awarding Aido the double up.
