Jackson Avoids Elimination, Then Eliminates An Opponent

Nível 10 : 1,000/2,500, 2,500 ante

David Jackson just won a pair of back-to-back hands to quickly rebuild his once short stack.

First, he was all-in preflop for 14,000 with {k-Clubs}{10-Hearts} versus his opponent's {9-Hearts}{9-Clubs}.

The board ran out {a-Clubs}{k-Spades}{10-Spades}{q-Spades}{10-Clubs}, giving him more than a double-up with a full house.

On the very next hand, a player moved all-in from middle position and Jackson re-shoved in late position.

Opponent: {a-Clubs}{10-Hearts}
Jackson: {8-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}

After a board of {7-Spades}{3-Diamonds}{6-Hearts}{q-Clubs}{4-Spades}, Jackson again added to his stack which now totaled 75,000.

Nível 9 : 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

The action was picked up preflop with an all-in, a call, and cards on their backs.

At risk player: {a-Clubs}{k-Clubs}
Vinh Nguyen: {q-Clubs}{q-Spades}

The board ran out {8-Spades}{3-Diamonds}{3-Clubs}{8-Clubs}{j-Spades} and the player was eliminated while Vinh added to his stack.

Hall Eliminates Macninch

Nível 9 : 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

The action was picked up on the turn in a hand between Cate Hall and Scott Macninch. The board read {6-Hearts}{5-Diamonds}{3-Clubs}{8-Spades} and Hall was facing a bet of 10,000 from Macninch. She shoved all in and Macninch called.

Scott Macninch: {5-Hearts}{5-Spades}
Cate Hall: {7-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}

Macninch was drawing for a board pairing river and the {a-Clubs} did not improve his hand, leaving Hall to eliminate him from the tournament.

Yardley Picks Off River Bluff

Nível 9 : 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

With a board showing {4-Clubs}{10-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}{6-Hearts}{2-Hearts} and about 60,000 in the pot, Kyle Yardley put out a 45,000 bet. The opponent thought about it and eventually jammed for just about 100,000. After some time deciding, Yardley put in the call.

Opponent: {k-Spades}{q-Spades}
Kyle Yardley: {a-Clubs}{k-Clubs}

Yardley made the call with ace-high and raked in the chips. As another player at the table put it, "He was bluffing the bluffer but the bluffer had a better hand!"

Tigerman Felts Two

Nível 9 : 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante
