They also chat about early champs bolstered by behind-the-scenes interviews w/ bracelet winners like Zinno and Bradley Jansen. Plus, they touch base on the Golden Nugget’s Grand Poker Series, including John Gardner’s $100K victory in the $600 Championship Event.

Finally, Chad chats with Justin Hammer of Prime Social in Houston, Texas, who will be hosting the Prime Poker Open from October 29-November 14. That series will culminate in a $1,700 buy-in, $1.5 million GTD Main Event.

Drobes Keeps Stacking Chips

Nível 12 : 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante

Scott Drobes came into the day as the chipleader and he continues to hold that title after knocking out another player. The action folded to the button who stuck in a raise and Drobes three-bet to 28,000. His opponent four-bet shoved all in for around 90,000 and Drobes called.

The button flipped over {a-Diamonds}{7-Spades} but it was no match for the {a-Spades}{q-Clubs} of Drobes. The board ran out {k-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}{4-Clubs}{6-Hearts}{9-Hearts} and Drobes held to claim another victim.
