Koon checked again on the {4-Hearts} river, Brewer moved all-in and Koon called.

Brewer turned over {k-Clubs}{6-Clubs} for kings and sixes and Koon mucked.

Gostisa Climbing Back

Lonis Gets Value on the River

Picking up the action on a completed board of {7-Clubs}{4-Spades}{4-Clubs}{4-Hearts}{8-Diamonds}, the action was on Jesse Lonis on the button. Lonis tossed in a bet of 26,200 into a pot of around 30,000. His opponent, Marcell Csata went into the tank for a couple of minutes.

Eventually, Csata made the call and Lonis flipped over {j-Clubs}{j-Diamonds} for a full house. Csata mucked his cards and Lonis took the lead in the match.

Davies Sends Perry to the Rail

Seth Davies tanked for a moment before he called and turned over {q-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds} for a pair of twos on the hunch that Perry was betting a high card. Perry turned over {a-Clubs}{k-Hearts} and the hunch was right.

The river was {7-Hearts} with no help for Perry and Davies claimed victory in Round 1.

On the {7-Clubs} turn, Brewer led for 1,000, Koon raised to 7,000 and Brewer made it 18,000.

Koon folded and Brewer picked up the pot.

Set of Queens for Weng

Stephen Chidwick opened to 2,200 on the button and Bin Weng stuck in a three-bet to 10,000 from the big blind. Chidwick responded with a four-bet to 24,000 and Weng just called.

The flop of {q-Diamonds}{6-Hearts}{3-Diamonds} hit the felt and Weng check-called a bet of 12,000 from Chidwick. The turn was the {8-Clubs} and both players checked to the {a-Diamonds} on the river. Weng led out with a sizeable bet of 77,000 which put Chidwick into the tank. After a few minutes, Chidwick finally called and Weng tabled {q-Spades}{q-Clubs} for a set of queens and scooped the pot.
