Back and Forth With Kim and Su

Timothy Su raised the button and Jiwoon Kim called in the big blind. On the {9-Hearts}{7-Clubs}{4-Hearts} flop, both players checked and Kim bet the {2-Diamonds} turn for 300,000, which Su called. Kim also bet the {j-Diamonds} river for 625,000 and Su folded.

Kevin Maahs raised the next button to get called by Kim and Henry Lu in the blinds, and they both check-folded the {k-Diamonds}{q-Hearts}{7-Clubs} flop to a bet of 480,000 by Maahs.

One hand later, Su raised the hijack to 350,000 and Kim called on the button. The {10-Spades}{6-Diamonds}{3-Clubs} flop was checked and Su bet the {a-Clubs} turn for 825,000, Kim came along. After the {4-Spades} river, Su checked and Kim checked behind. Su turned over {4-Clubs}{4-Hearts} for a set and Kim mucked with a dry smile on the face.

Chips for Barton After Dinner

Christopher Barton raised to 350,000 in the hijack and Laurids Nielsen three-bet to 925,000 on the button. The blinds folded and Barton just called to see a flop of {j-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}{4-Hearts}.

Both players checked to the {q-Diamonds} on the turn and the {3-Clubs} on the river. Barton splashed in a large bet of 1,500,000 and Nielsen wasted little time before calling. Barton turned over {j-Hearts}{j-Clubs} for a set of jacks and Nielsen nodded his head as he conceded the pot.

Au Picks Up a Pot

Steven Au raised to 325,000 from the cutoff and Yuri Dzivielevski called in the small blind. The flop came {q-Clubs}{6-Spades}{4-Spades}, Dzivielevski check-raised to 175,000 bet of Au to 550,000 which he called.

The turn was the {8-Hearts}, Dzivielevski bet 750,000 which Au called.

The river completed the board with the {4-Diamonds} to pair the board up. Dzivielevski and Au both checked for the latter to pick up the pot with {k-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds} for two pair.

Heidorn Takes from Gates

Garry Gates raised to 350,000 from the hijack and Robert Heidorn called from the big blind.

They checked to the turn of a {9-Hearts}{9-Clubs}{6-Clubs}{2-Hearts} board where Heidorn bet 325,000. Gates called.

The river was the {j-Clubs}, Heidorn bet 1,050,000 and Gates called after a few moments.

Heidorn tabled {10-Clubs}{2-Clubs} for a flush, Gates mucked and Heidorn collected the pot.
