Garg Wins One, Loses One to Bust

Nível 6 : 400/800, 800 ante

The {3-Hearts}{k-Clubs}{a-Diamonds} flop was on the felt, and Lokesh Garg had just jammed his last 24,300 in after his initial bet had been raised to 9,000 by Sohale Khalili on the button. Khalili eventually folded, flashing an {a-} as he did, and Garg followed suit, flashing his own {a-}.

"I had one of those, but I had a much better one," Garg told his opponent.

A few hands later, he was seen leaving his table, saying, "Nuts," out loud while his opponent nodded, and Garg headed home.

Lau Jams Into Heidorn

Nível 6 : 400/800, 800 ante

A pot of 57,000 had emerged until the {q-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}{7-Spades} turn and Robert Heidorn checked out of the small blind. Alan Lau moved all in from late position for what appeared to be 42,000 and Heidorn, who had Lau covered, gave it some consideration before sending his cards into the muck.

Their table is in the Amazon Gold section, in which start-of-the-day chip leader Bryan Campanello can now also be found right next to Teunis Kooij. Further counts from the same section and Purple can be found below.

Jaffe Picks Off a Bluff

Nível 6 : 400/800, 800 ante

Jonathan Jaffe checked from the big blind on a completed board of {9-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}{5-Spades}{q-Clubs}{k-Hearts}. Daniel Hide bet 18,500 into the 26,000 or so pot and Jaffe quickly splashed in some chips. Hide shook his head and opened {a-Clubs}{2-Clubs} for a missed combo draw and Jaffe showed {k-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}.

Malis Gets Unlucky, then Lucky to Double

Nível 6 : 400/800, 800 ante

A player raised to 2,100 from under the gun, and Kevin Malis three-bet shoved for 20,600 on the button. His opponent called.

Kevin Malis: {a-Spades}{k-Spades}
Opponent: {a-Diamonds}{q-Hearts}

Malis got a scare after the {2-Spades}{q-Spades}{a-Clubs} flop gave his opponent two pair, but Malis held the nut flush draw, which came in on the {9-Spades} turn. Malis faded the three-outer on the {6-Spades} river and doubled up.

Nível 6 : 400/800, 800 ante

The flop was {9-Spades}{5-Clubs}{3-Clubs} and was checked through to the {q-Hearts} turn. Allain bet 5,000 and Vaca folded.

Doris Gresik: {q-Spades}{j-Diamonds}
Adrien Allain: {k-Diamonds}{j-Spades}
