Frensemeier Doubles Through Barshak

Nível 35 : 250,000/500,000, 500,000 ante

Lloyd Frensemeier moved all in for 1,900,000 in early position and Stanislav Barshak isolated all in over the top in the small blind. With no other takers, they turned over their cards and were off to the races.

Lloyd Frensemeier: {a-Hearts}{k-Clubs}
Stanislav Barshak: {8-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}

There was no help for the all in player on the {5-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}{q-Hearts} flop but Frensemeier paired his king on the {k-Spades} turn and with no eight on the {j-Spades} river, it secured him a double.

Senovio Ramirez III was among the big stacks after dinner and took a rough beat when he lost a massive pot to Lula Taylor.

Taylor had bet the {a-Spades}{q-Clubs}{2-Spades} flop and called a raise by Ramirez III before they got it in on the {5-Clubs} turn.

Lula Taylor: {a-Clubs}{10-Clubs}
Senovio Ramirez III: {q-Spades}{q-Hearts}

The {j-Clubs} river gave Taylor a flush and she doubled for 8,925,000.

Johnson Eliminated by Gildea

Nível 35 : 250,000/500,000, 500,000 ante

Philip Gildea pushed from the cutoff for 5,750,000 and Jason Johnson on the button called all in for less than that.

Jason Johnson: {a-Hearts}{8-Hearts}
Philip Gildea: {5-Spades}{5-Hearts}

The {j-Clubs}{5-Clubs}{3-Clubs} flop left Johnson in desperate shape and it was all over on the {6-Hearts} turn, the {q-Spades} river a formality.

Ramirez and Dempsey Eliminated

Nível 35 : 250,000/500,000, 500,000 ante

Senovio Ramirez III has had a terrible couple of hands. Following a huge outdraw detailed below, he got it in with {q-Diamonds}{q-Spades} but couldn't hold against the {2-Hearts}{2-Diamonds} of Kais [Removed:321] with a deuce coming on the river of a {3-Spades}{j-Diamonds}{a-Clubs}{7-Spades}{2-Spades} board. There were commiserations from around the table as Ramirez got up to leave.

At the same time, James Dempsey departed from one table over and that set the three table redraw.

Matthew Kurtz Eliminated in 26th Place; Peter Lubrano Eliminated in 25th Place ($21,411)

Nível 36 : 300,000/600,000, 600,000 ante
Matthew Kurtz
Matthew Kurtz

Matthew Kurtz had dropped down in the counts and the shortest stack on the table and sat in the big blind. There was an all in from Peter Lubrano under the gun and Yi Ma called before the action folded to Kurtz, who was getting an excellent price to call the rest. He made the call and they turned over their hands.

Yi Ma: {10-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}
Peter Lubrano: {7-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}
Matthrew Kurtz: {a-Clubs}{k-Spades}

With a set for Ma on the {9-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}{10-Clubs} flop, Kurtz was drawing dead to a chop and Lubrano needed an eight for a straight. It was all over when the turn paired the {9-Spades}, giving Ma a boat and the {q-Hearts} didn't matter. He is the runaway chip leader at the moment, with a cool 50 million chips.
