Kaverman Eliminated by Schillhabel

Nível 15 : 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante

From the hijack seat, Byron Kaverman moved all in for 460,000. Action folded around to the button where Stefan Schillhabel just called. Everyone else folded so it was on to a showdown.

Bryon Kaverman: {K-Spades}{Q-Clubs}
Stefan Schillhabel: {A-Spades}{J-Clubs}

The board ran out {9-Clubs}{9-Spades}{2-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds} and Schillhabel's ace-high with the pair of nines on board held up as the best hand, sending Kaverman to the rail and eliminating him from the tournament.

Loeser Doubles Through Fox

Nível 15 : 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante

Elio Fox opened under the gun with a raise to 65,000 and action folded around to the cutoff where Manig Loeser moved all in for 625,000. Action folded back to Fox who quickly called.

Elio Fox: {J-Hearts}{J-Clubs}
Manig Loeser: {A-Diamonds}{K-Clubs}

The board ran out {a-Diamonds}{K-Clubs}{10-Spades}{2-Clubs}{6-Spades} which provided Loeser with a bit of a sweat as he flopped two pair, but Fox flopped extra outs to a straight. The straight never came, and Loeser doubled up to over a million while Fox was left with just over a million himself.

Matthais Eibinger
Matthais Eibinger

At least two players will take home seven-figure payouts on Day 2 of Event #77: $50,000 High Roller, but only one will take home a cool $1.6m and a coveted WSOP gold bracelet.

Cards will be back in the air for the final 32 players at 2 p.m. with Matthias Eibinger top of the counts with 2,120,000. Jake Schindler currently sits in second place and is the only other player over two million in chips with 2,050,000.

There are plenty of big names still in contention including 2018 bracelet winner Elio Fox, who took down Event #2: $10,000 Super Turbo Bounty for $393,693 earlier this summer. Multiple bracelet winners Ben Yu and Scott Seiver are also in contention to add another bracelet to their collection, as is former Main Event champion Ryan Riess.

Levels are 40-minutes long with breaks after every three levels. The event will play down to a winner today so stay tuned to PokerNews for all the action as we crown the latest WSOP champion.
