The river completed the board, and action was once again checked to Pauli. This time the German decided to bet, and that was enough to make his opponent quickly fold. Pauli revealed his for a full house and collected the pot.
Pauli will be looking to match his deep run in this event last year when he took 70th place for $10,687.

All three players checked on the turn before the initial preflop raiser bet 2,625 after the river appeared. Laplante quickly folded to leave the player in the big blind facing a decision, and after some thinking time, he reluctantly let his hand go into the muck.
