On a flop of , Fraser MacIntyre faced a bet of 5,000 and raised it up to 20,000 from the hijack in order to claim the pot uncontested.

Noah Schwartz raised and picked up a single caller in Martin Kozlov in the small blind. The duo checked the flop and the turn. Kozlov bet the pot for 3,450 on the river and Schwartz folded, he was left with one fifth of the starting stack.

Maxime Heroux has as many chips left after taking on Keith Lehr. On the flop, Lehr had checked in the small blind and Tobias Ziegler bet 1,800. Heroux called and Lehr check-raised to 8,400. Among the latest players to arrive and take a seat were Jake Schindler, Anthony Zinno, Justin Bonomo and Richard Tuhrim. Zinno won this very event in 2016 and Bonomo's run good of the current year is well-known, Schindler also comes with big scores in 2018 already.

Tuhrim has cashed three times at the 2018 WSOP so far including a deep run in Event #20: Big Blind Antes $5,000 No-Limit Hold'em, he finished 8th for $45,538.

Jattin Builds Stack; Abdellatif Left Short

After a raise to 1,500 by Farid Jattin and two callers including Brian Aliola and Maxime Heroux on the button, Keith Lehr opted to three-bet in the small blind and made it 8,000 to go. Jattin squeezed to 27,500 and that forced out all opponents.

Soon after a heads-up flop of emerged between Jattin and table neighbor Richard Gryko. The former checked and the latter bet 7,500. Jattin check-raised for the size of the pot and that ended up winning the pot uncontested once more.

On a different table, Jonathan Abdellatif's stack has been reduced to a mere 12,000 while David Len Ashby also sat down there.

Winter Comes, Goes, and Returns Again

There was a substantial pot already brewing and the board read when we got to the table. Sean Winter, one of the recent late entries, had checked from the big blind and Ben Tollerene bet from the button. Winter check-raised pot to 59,850, Tollerene jammed, and Winter called to put himself at risk.

"You're ahead, but I think I'm going to be playing these two by the end," said Tollerene as he gestured to the half of his tabled hand. The on the turn kept winter in the lead, but the river gave Tollerene the nut flush to take the pot and stack Winter. He immediately re-entered and is now sitting with a fresh stack.
