More for Racener

Nível 3 : 100/200, 0 ante

James Woods has been eliminated, and the same also applied for Wesley Chong. John Racener scooped a pot with {9-Hearts}{5-Clubs}{2-Hearts}{2-Diamonds} while the board was all but rushed away and the dealer announced a wheel for Racener.

Justin Liberto and Mickey Craft both increased their stacks while Rolf Galasen has been sent back below the starting stack.

Kaigorodtcev Scoops Multi-Way Pot

Nível 3 : 100/200, 0 ante

On the four-way flop of {9-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}{6-Hearts}, the small blind bet and Andrei Kaigirotcev in the big blind raised. He picked up three callers including Ray Henson and Scott Adaska to then bet the {3-Diamonds} turn and the {4-Hearts} river. Henson was the only player to fold to the river bet and Kaigorotcev turned over {A-Hearts}{7-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}{5-Clubs} for the nut flush and an ace-five low, which ended up scooping the entire pot.

Adaska briefly flashed deuce-five for a straight and worse low, tapped the table and said "nice hand."

On the river of a board {Q-Clubs}{8-Spades}{2-Hearts}{7-Clubs}{3-Clubs}, Tal Hart bet in the cutoff and Christopher Vitch raised on the button. Hart snap-called to see Vitch announce the nut low and two pair, then turned over {A-Clubs}{4-Hearts}{3-Hearts}{2-Spades}. Hart was somewhat confused, double-checked his cards and mucked.

Assorted Counts From Level 3

Nível 3 : 100/200, 0 ante

Recently spotted in the field were Dutch Boyd, Jerry Wong, Scott Bohlman, Kristen Bicknell, Kevin MacPhee and Sebastian Pauli among others, while the seat that formerly belonged to Jonathan Zarin is now empty.

Bicknell joked "This is entertaining. My goal is to win a hand," and the Canadian two-time WSOP Champion has dropped to fewer than the starting stack.

Racener Involved in the Action

Nível 3 : 100/200, 0 ante

John Racener has one WSOP bracelet and one WSOP Circuit ring to this name and the 2010 WSOP Main Event runner-up has already accumulated $8,148,537 in cashes at the World Series of Poker. Racener shares a table with three-time bracelet winner Benny Glaser and has had the better start of the duo.

Racener just now raised first to act and Wesley Chong made it three bets, Racener called. Racener then ended up check-calling a single bet on the {Q-Hearts}{8-Spades}{6-Hearts} flop and the {Q-Diamonds} turn before the {8-Diamonds} river was checked through. Racener turned over {A-Hearts}{K-Spades}{6-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds} and Chong had the {A-Clubs}{7-Hearts}{6-Clubs}{2-Spades}.

Cole Chopped; First Break

Nível 2 : 75/150, 0 ante

The tournament screens show a total of 807 entries at the end of level two and the players were sent into the first 15-minute break of the day. One table was still running and that brought a three-way pot to the river of a board {9-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}{5-Hearts}{7-Clubs}. Hernan Salazar bet, Eric Kurtzman raised, Scott Cole moved all in for 700 and Salazar made it three bets, then called the four bet of Kurtzman.

Cole showed {A-Clubs}{Q-Hearts}{5-Hearts}{3-Diamonds} for a straight and a low, which Salazar had beat with {A-Hearts}{4-Hearts}{4-Spades}{2-Spades} for a full house and the nut low. Kurtzman had {A-Spades}{7-Spades}{6-Diamonds}{2-Clubs} for the nut low and received one fourth of the pot.

Engel Left Short

Nível 2 : 75/150, 0 ante

On the four-way flop of {A-Hearts}{Q-Clubs}{5-Spades}, Ari Engel bet and was called by Rafael Concepcion and Jonathon Sparks. The {3-Spades} turn was checked by Engel and Concepcion bet, Sparks called and Engel folded with just 2,025 behind. After the {4-Diamonds} river, Concepcion checked and folded to a bet by Sparks, but remains a big stack on the table that also includes Noah Bronstein.

Mike Sexton chopped a pot with the nut low against a straight on a board of {10-Diamonds}{9-Spades}{6-Clubs}{4-Spades}{7-Hearts} and remains below the starting stack. The same table now features Ashish Gupta, who just arrived in Las Vegas and jumped straight into the action.

All for Mitseff

Nível 2 : 75/150, 0 ante

On a {6-Hearts}{10-Spades}{7-Diamonds} flop, four players put a bet in, with Allan Le as the better and Ryan Laplante and Jeffrey Mitseff among the callers. On the {7-Spades} turn, Le bet again, Laplante called on the button and Mitseff check-called out of position.

The river double-paired the board with the {10-Diamonds}, not completing any lows. Mitseff checked, Le bet, Laplante folded and Mitselff called. Le flashed {A-}{A-}{X-}{X-} but Mitseff tabled {A-Clubs}{10-Clubs}{5-Spades}{3-Spades} for the winner and scooped up the whole pot.

A Scoop for Shulman

Nível 2 : 75/150, 0 ante

Four ways to the {A-Hearts}{6-Spades}{4-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds} turn, Jeff Shulman bet and Rolf Galasen folded, while Michael Muller and Phuong Tran both called. The {6-Hearts} on the river was checked through and Muller showed the {K-Clubs}{Q-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}{3-Diamonds} for a busted low draw and gutshot, while Shulman had {A-Clubs}{9-Spades}{8-Clubs}{2-Hearts} to scoop the pot.

Shulman jumped just above the starting stack while Galasen sits on almost twice of the initial stack.
