Taylor Out In Third

Nível 21 : 1,200/2,400, 400 ante

Thomas Taylor has just played his final hand of the tournament. It was in a button v big blind situation that began with a 5,000 open from Taylor and a three-bet to 21,000 by James Worth. With the action back to Taylor, he took a while to think about his next move, then moved all-in for 97,100 total. Worth didn't seem to want to rush his decision and went into the tank for a minute before throwing a chip in.

James Worth {10-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}
Thomas Taylor {a-Hearts}{2-Diamonds}

The runout was {4-Spades}{7-Spades}{j-Spades}{q-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}, which was safe for Worth and Taylor has to say goodbye.

Dodd Makes Tsinis Fold

Nível 21 : 1,200/2,400, 400 ante

Gregory Muzzilo raised to 5,800 from the hijack and Arkadiy Tsinis called in the cutoff. Corey Dodd three-bet to 18,000 from the button. The blinds folded and so did Muzzilo. Tsinis took some more time to take a decision but called in the end.

The dealer spread the {8-Hearts}{2-Spades}{3-Diamonds} flop and Tsinis checked. Dodd wouldn't let Tsinis see a turn cheap as he decided to bet another 15,000. Tsinis considered it for a bit but then folded.

It was a battle of the late positions again, featuring Phil Hellmuth and Thomas Taylor.

Hellmuth limped the cutoff and Taylor raised it to 7,000, which Hellmuth called.

There was {10-Hearts}{5-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds} on the flop and both players chose to check.

On the {j-Clubs} turn, Hellmuth took the betting reins, leading for 8,000 and it was a call from Taylor. The final card out was the {3-Hearts} and Hellmuth set the price at 9,000. Taylor elected to fold and Hellmuth took the pot.

Burstein Eliminates Milisits

Vladimir Burstein
Vladimir Burstein

Vladimir Burstein put in his whole stack of yellow 1,000-value chips on the button, worth about 30,000 and Ryan Milisits shoved all in for about the same. Alexandre Reard, sitting in the big blind, quickly folded.

Ryan Milisits: {K-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}
Vladimir Burstein: {A-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}

The board ran out {10-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}{3-Spades}{a-Clubs}, even though Milisits hit a ten on the flop, the ace on the river meant Burstein ended up with the higher pair to eliminate Milisits from the tournament.

Nível 21 : 1,200/2,400, 400 ante

Players have just returned from the break and Phil Hellmuth and Thomas Taylor have just gotten involved in a hand together.

Hellmuth began by opening to 7,000 and only Taylor fancied seeing a flop, calling on the button.

It was a {3-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds} flop that saw Hellmuth check and Taylor check behind. On the {3-Clubs} turn, Hellmuth check-called Taylor's bet of 6,500.

The final card was a {10-Spades}, pairing the board for a second time. Hellmuth checked once more and Taylor put 16,000 over the line. It was enough to convince Hellmuth to fold and Taylor scooped the pot.
