Day 2 of Event #24: $2,620 THE MARATHON No-Limit Hold'em starts at 12 p.m. local time. 1,479 players took their seats on Day 1 and 706 found a bag to return on day 2. With registration being still available for the first two levels of day 2, more players will be entering this event.
Joshua Smith bagged the chip lead on Day 1 with a stack of 234,800. He is followed closely by Pablo Fernandez Campo (230,900) and Sanjay Dulabh (230,200).
When play resumes today, the blinds will be at 400/800 with a 100 ante. Blinds will increase every 100 minutes. There will be a 15-minute break at the end of every level and a 60-minute dinner break after Level 4, around 7:30 p.m. Players will play 6 levels or down to the money, whichever is later.
