The flop came down {9-Diamonds}{3-Clubs}{9-Spades} and both players checked to the {K-Diamonds} on the turn. Katz fired 750,000 and Negreanu called. The {2-Clubs} finished the board and Katz slowed with a check. Negreanu bet 1.5 million and Katz shot his cards into the muck.

The turn was the {4-Clubs}, and both players checked. Then, the {6-Diamonds} completed the board, and Reinkemeier checked. Colman bet 1.3 million, and Reinkemeier check-raised to four million. Colman folded, and Reinkemeier scooped the pot.

Brandon Steven

Hand #125: Christoph Vogelsang raised to 800,000 under the gun and he picked up the blinds and antes.

Hand #126: Cary Katz raised to 825,000 and Rick Salomon and Christoph Vogelsang called from the blinds. The flop brought out {Q-Hearts}{9-Clubs}{3-Hearts} and all three players checked. The turn was the {6-Spades} and again the action was checked. On the river the {7-Diamonds} and no bets were tossed out once again. Katz showed {8-Clubs}{8-Spades} and he took down the pot, as Salomon showed {A-}{8-} and Vogelsang mucked.

Hand #127: Rick Salomon raised to 850,000 from the button and he won the pot.

Hand #128: Brandon Steven moved all in under the gun for 1,350,000 and the action folded to Cary Katz in the big blind.

"I haven't looked," Katz said as he reached for chips to make the call.

"At least look!" Steven cried, but Katz put in the call not knowing the strength of his hand.

Steven: {Q-Clubs}{9-Spades}
Katz: {10-Clubs}{7-Spades}

The board ran out {A-Hearts}{3-Hearts}{4-Spades}{6-Spades}{7-Hearts} and the river made Steven jump up from his seat. We're down to 10 players and there are now two tables of five until we lose one more. Daniel Negreanu was moved to the secondary table to balance things out.

Feature Table Hand #100: Reinkemeier Doubles Through and Cripples Esfandiari

Nível 19 : 200,000/400,000, 50,000 ante
Tobias Reinkemeier
Tobias Reinkemeier

Hand #100: Tobias Reinkemeier raised to 850,000 on the button, Antonio Esfandiari three-bet to two million out of the small blind, and Reinkemeier moved all in for 7.025 million. Esfandiari tank-called.

Esfandiari: {a-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}
Reinkemeier: {a-Spades}{k-Diamonds}

"Nine," Esfandiari requested. "One time."

The flop fell {2-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}{8-Clubs}, changing very little, and although the {8-Hearts} didn't connect with Esfandiari directly, he picked up outs to chop.

Unfortunately for the 2012 ONE DROP champion he was unable to catch up as the {j-Spades} completed the board, and Reinkemeier doubled through.

Hand #97: Antonio Esfandiari raised to 825,000 and took down the pot.

Hand #98: Antonio Esfandiari raised to 850,000 from under the gun, and Daniel Colman reraised all in from the cutoff seat to 12.4 million. Eventually, Esfandiari folded, and Colman won the pot.

Hand #99: Play folded to Reinkemeier in the small blind, and he called. Esfandiari checked his option in the big blind, and the flop came down {10-Spades}{6-Spades}{4-Diamonds}. Reinkemeier checked, and Esfandiari bet 525,000. Reinkemeier called.

The turn was the {5-Clubs}, and both players checked to see the {3-Spades} land on the river. Reinkemeier checked, and Esfandiari bet 1.325 million. Reinkemeier folded.

Secondary Table Hands #123-124: Vogelsang Takes Two

Nível 19 : 200,000/400,000, 50,000 ante

Hand #123: Christoph Vogelsang raised to 800,000 from the button and found a call from Cary Katz in the small blind. The flop came down {9-Hearts}{10-Clubs}{A-Diamonds} and Katz checked. Vogelsang continued for 850,000 and Katz stuck around.

The two checked both the turn ({3-Clubs}) and the river ({3-Spades}), prompting Katz to shake his head.

"You win," Katz said.

Vogelsang turned up {Q-Clubs}{6-Hearts} for merely queen-high.

"God..." lamented Katz, mucking his hand.

Hand #124: Vogelsang opened the cutoff to 800,000 and Tom Hall called from the button. The blinds folded and the flop came down {9-Hearts}{10-Spades}{K-Diamonds}. Both players checked and the {K-Spades} paired the board on the turn. Two more checks allowed the {7-Hearts} to finish the board. Hall showed {7-Spades}{6-Spades} for a pair of sevens but was ultimately bested by Vogelsang's {8-Hearts}{8-Diamonds}.
