The remaining in-the-money players are heading on a 20-minute break.
2014 World Series of Poker
No less than six players busted just as the floor told the dealers to stop play and they would be going hand-for-hand.
Although being told he was in the money as 792nd place, Ricky Clark was delivered a bad beat by the tournament director when there was some confusion if he bubbled or snuck into the money before eventually being told he was officially a joint 793rd place elimination.
For Clark, his final hand would see him flop a set of queens on a board with two clubs but be run down by Ben Marsh's when a landed on the river.
But what that meant was there were only 792 players left and they were all in the money. Hand-for-hand play was avoided and the players then headed off on a 20-minute break.
A mass exodus out of this event and towards the payout cage is expected to begin when play resumes.

On one table there was a fractious exchange when two players accused each other of stalling on the bubble and the floor was called. One of the players argued that he had a legitimate hand to require some thinking time. The floor diffused the situation with a simple, “Let’s just play cards guys.”
On another table the banter and drinks are flowing freely and Griffin Benger is joking around about stalling to the money.
Another player jokingly called the clock and an unimpressed floor gave Benger forty seconds. “Forty seconds?” Benger said but quickly mucked his hand.
The floor grabbed it to see if he had a decision to make but said no more about it.
“It’s not like it was eight deuce.” Benger protested in mock offence.
In a break between hands as the bubble approached we asked David "Devilfish" Ulliott what had influenced his call to bust that last opponent and what was going through his mind before making the call.
He ran through a range of hands that his opponent could have had to make that all in move and added for good measure, “That and his heart smashing through his chest.”
As the bubble approaches, a new chip leader has emerged with Daniel Hirleman sitting on just under 700,000.
What makes it more impressive is that Hirleman came back from dinner with roughly 160,000 and has run it right up to the chip lead in a little over a level of play.

Currently the tournament directors covering the Monster Stack are getting ready.
Getting ready for the onslaught of payouts!
Although they've been keeping the tournament clock closely updated to how many players left, the most recent word is that the tournament is just five tables away from the reaching the money.
With so many players left, there is bound to be a lengthy hand-for-hand process before 792 players will be guaranteed a $2,759 payday.
Olivier Busquet got a little short and shoved . It took some time, but eventually he got called by one opponent with .
Busquet can now only lay claim to having the best hand before the flop as the board ran out to send him packing.

Joseph Cheong figured jacks were good on a low flop heads up with one opponent.
Unfortunately for him, that opponent had aces and he's now on the outside looking in.
