Mixture of Levity and Tension On Bubble
On one table there was a fractious exchange when two players accused each other of stalling on the bubble and the floor was called. One of the players argued that he had a legitimate hand to require some thinking time. The floor diffused the situation with a simple, “Let’s just play cards guys.”
On another table the banter and drinks are flowing freely and Griffin Benger is joking around about stalling to the money.
Another player jokingly called the clock and an unimpressed floor gave Benger forty seconds. “Forty seconds?” Benger said but quickly mucked his hand.
The floor grabbed it to see if he had a decision to make but said no more about it.
“It’s not like it was eight deuce.” Benger protested in mock offence.
