Welcome back to the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino and the 2014 World Series of Poker for Day 3 of Event #3: $1,000 Pot-Limit Omaha.
Two days ago a record-setting field of 1,128 (for a non hold'em event) took to the felt before the day would end with just 106 remaining as players just reached the money late on the first day. With players already guaranteed nearly a $2,000 payday, the aim for this talented group of players remaining would be to navigate their way up the pay jumps before making a run at the final table.
Ashton Griffin (101st), AP Phahurat (96th), Doug Polk (88th), Humberto Brenes (77th), Hoyt Corkins (41st), Maria Ho (40th), Phil Laak (39th), Jesse Yaginuma (33rd), Leif Force (28th), Gabriel Nassif (24th), Jason Somerville (18th), Greg Merson (14th) and John O'Shea (12th) were among those sent to the rail throughout the course of the day. Then Stephen Chidwick became the final table bubble boy in 10th place when his 
couldn't improve on an ace-high flop against Loren Klein's 
.
With the final table of nine set and Steve Billirakis holding a slight chip lead over Brandon Shack-Harris, play would continue for roughly another hour as Nick Guagenti (9th), Klein (8th) and Patrick Arena (7th) were all eliminated to leave just six players eyeing their first WSOP gold bracelet of the series.

With Billirakis holding a strong chip lead, he is definitely a favorite to take down his third WSOP gold bracelet. However with talented mixed-game player Shack-Harris on his heels and ANZ Player of the Year Iori Yogo still in the mix, it could be any of the final six's chance to capture this title.

Hand 31: With the button on Robert Paddock in Seat 1, the action kicked off with Iori Yogo raising to 32,000 from the cutoff with just Paddock making the call.
The dealer dropped a 
flop and Yogo checked before Paddock announced a bet of pot which amounted to 88,000. Yogo mucked, and Paddock collected the first pot of the day.
Hand 32: Steve Billirakis opened from under the gun with a raise to 35,000 and Robert Paddock made the call to see a 
flop. Billirakis continued for 35,000 and Paddock released his hand.
Hand 33: The action folded to Morgan Popham on the button and he raised to 32,000. Brandon Shack-Harris called from the small blind as did Billirakis from the big blind.
The flop fell 
and the action checked round. The 
then landed on the turn. Shack-Harris and Billirakis checked again, then Popham pushed out 52,000. Shack-Harris and Billirakis quickly mucked and Popham was pushed his first pot of the day.
Hand 34: From the cutoff, Morgan Popham raised to 32,000 before Brandon Shack-Harris potted from the button to 120,000. Popham spent a minute deliberating before eventually folding his hand.
Hand 35: Matt Ryan opened to 32,000 first to act and Iori Yogo three-bet pot from the small blind to 112,000. Ryan made the call and the dealer fanned a 
flop. Yogo pushed out a stack of T5,000 denomination chips amounting to 100,000 to prompt an insta-fold from Ryan.

Hand 36: Matt Ryan got a walk.
Hand 37: Steve Billirakis opened to 35,000. Morgan Popham made the call out of the big blind, and the two saw a flop of 
. Both players checked, and an 
hit the turn. Popham fired out 45,000, and Billirakis made the call. The 
double-paired the board, and Popham bet 110,000. Billirakis shook his head after a bit and folded.
Hand 38: Popham raised to 35,000 from the small blind, and Brandon Shack-Harris folded.
Hand 39: Popham opened to 35,000 on the button, and Shack-Harris called out of the small blind. On the 
flop, both players elected to check, seeing a 
fall. Shack-Harris bet 60,000, and that was enough to take the pot.
Hand 40: Shack-Harris raised the button to 32,000, and Iori Yogo defended his big blind. Both players checked the 
flop, and a peeled off. Yogo check-called 35,000, and the 
completed the community. Yogo checked once more, and he quickly folded to a bet of 120,000 from Shack-Harris.

Hand 41: Morgan Popham opened to 32,000 and Steve Billirakis made the call from the button along with Robert Paddock from the big blind.
The flop fell 
and the action checked to Billirakis who bet out 55,000 which was enough to prompt to swift folds from Paddock and Popham.
Hand 42: Iori Yogo made it 32,000 from the button and picked up the blinds.
Hand 43: The action folded to Matt Ryan in the small blind and he potted it to 48,000. Morgan Popham defended his big blind to see the dealer drop a 
flop.
Ryan continued for 55,000, and Popham made the call. The dealer then produced the 
turn and both players checked. The 
completed the board on the river. Both players checked again as Popham tabled his 
for two pair to win the pot.
Hand 44: The action folded around to Brandon Shack-Harris in the big blind who received a walk.

Hand 45: Robert Paddock kicked it off with a raise to 32,000 and Steve Billirakis defended his big blind to see a flop fall.
Billirakis checked and Paddock continued for 38,000 before Billirakis announced a raise of pot. Paddock committed his 175,000 total and the cards were tabled.

With Paddock at risk with his nut-flush draw and wrap, the turn and river would bring the and
