Adams Wins on River

Nível 4 : 100/200, 0 ante

Facing a raise to 400 from middle position, Timothy Adams defended his big blind before both players checked the {7-Clubs}{8-Spades}{3-Spades} flop.

The turn of the {K-Clubs} saw another check from Adams as his opponent fired out a delayed continuation-bet of 500. Adams responded by check-raising to 1,600 with his opponent making the call as the {9-Clubs} completed the board on the river.

Adams led out for 3,300 leaving himself just 5,000 behind, and after roughly two minutes of deliberation, Adams' opponent tossed his cards to the muck to see the Canadian awarded the pot.

Hebden KO's Rubie; Now Sits with 100k

Nível 4 : 100/200, 0 ante
Brendon Rubie (from Event #2)
Brendon Rubie (from Event #2)

Following a raise to 400, Amnon Filippi called in the cutoff along with Brendon Rubie and Kory Kilpatrick from the button and small blind. With the action on Elliot Hebden in the big, he made it 1,900 to force the initial raiser out as Filippi tossed in a call.

Rubie contemplated for nearly a minute before moving all in for his last 11,075 to force Kilpatrick's cards into the muck. Hebden shoved and Filippi mucked his {8-Spades}{8-Diamonds} face up.

Rubie: {10-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}
Hebden: {K-Clubs}{K-Spades}

With Rubie in desperate need to find a case ten to stay alive, the {J-Hearts}{J-Diamonds}{5-Spades}{8-Hearts}{7-Diamonds} board would see him fall to the rail as Hebden stacked his chips to sit at just under 100,000.

On a {8-Hearts}{Q-Clubs}{3-Clubs} | {9-Clubs} board we saw Manuel Bevand in middle position check call a 2,200 bet from the player on the button. The {2-Clubs} fell on the river and Bevand made one stack out of all his chips, and moved them forward. As soon as he released the chips, the player on the button double checked his cards, put a big stack of 1,000 in the middle himself and flipped over {A-Clubs}{8-Clubs} for the nuts. Bevand showed his {K-Spades}{K-Hearts} with a painful face, and left the tournament.

Emmons Wins With Ten Trey

Nível 4 : 100/200, 0 ante

On a {10-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}{K-Diamonds} | {2-Spades} | {6-Spades} board we saw David Emmons bet out 5,350 from the big blind. His opponent tanked for quite some time, but eventually folded. Emmons showed his {10-Clubs}{3-Clubs} for a flopped two pair and his opponent laughed. He then tried to retrieve his cards to show that he had ace king, but couldn't find them in the first three cards.

"Yeah yeah, next hand. Nobody cares, we believe you!" Amnon Filippi said angry. They listened, the dealer scrambled the cards and they went on to the next hand. David Emmons still has a little under the 15,000 starting stack.
