Welcome back to the third and final day of Event #50: $2,500 10-Game Mix (Six-Handed), where just 20 players will be returning from a starting field of 372 to battle their way through a rotation of no-limit hold'em, razz, limit hold'em, Badugi, stud, NL 2-7 draw, Omaha hi-low, pot-limit Omaha, 2-7 triple draw, and stud hi-low.
Scott Abrams had the most successful Day 2 yesterday, having negotiated the 10 games for 10 levels to end the day with 351,700. Sebastian Saffari is next in line with 294,300, with Philip Sternheimer, Brian Tate, and Robert Williamson III also returning today to stacks of more than 200,000.
A number of other talented players with below average chips returning today, too, including Daniel Makowsky, Mike Wattel, Greg Raymer, Bruno Fitoussi, and Konstantin Puchkov.

It has been determined that the players will be starting with pot-limit Omaha, so we'll see if the short stacks use this round to try to double up early.
Pot-Limit Omaha
After a series of raises, David Emmons got all of his chips in before the flop holding against chip leader Scott Abrams' . Emmons failed to improve with the community cards and he became the first casualty of the day.
Abrams, who bagged up the biggest stack on Day 2, has now extended his lead even further early here on Day 3. Abrams is now sitting on just about 395,000 in chips.

Both short stacks Greg Raymer and Bruno Fitoussi survived the pot-limit Omaha round over on Table 446. Then once the game changed to stud, Raymer found himself in a three-way hand that saw him all in for all but 300 chips by seventh street.
The hand began with Raymer, Sebastian Saffari, and Robert Williamson III all vying for the pot through fifth street, at which point Saffari dropped out. It was Williamson leading with bets through fifth, then Raymer raising back on fifth to push out Saffari and eventually commit almost everything by the end.
The showdown revealed Williamson to have () / / () to win the low with a 6-5-4-3-A, while Raymer had () / / () for two pair to win the high.

We picked up with the action on fifth street to find Felipe Ramos fire out a bet. Christopher George raised the action and Ramos called. George led out again on sixth and found a call. The same action happened on seventh and George rolled over for a flush. Ramos mucked his hand and George scooped the pot.
No-Limit Hold'em
A few hands later, a crippled Felipe Ramos three-bet all in for about 20,000 over a Brandon Wong open. Wong called and the two raced for Ramos' tournament life.

The board fell down Ramos was eliminated in 19th place as a victim of Wong's pair of kings. Ramos' elimination has prompted a total re-draw for the final three tables.
