Foxen opened to 800,000 the next hand from the cutoff and Ketola shoved once more for 4,325,000 on the button. Foxen quickly called this time.

The flop came J2K and Holz check-raised to 1,300,000 over Foxen's bet of 300,000. Foxen tossed his cards into the muck, prompting Coleman and Holz to table their cards.
