Phil Hellmuth, winner of 13 World Series of Poker gold bracelets, has just taken his seat in the 2014 WSOP Asia-Pacific Main Event with one level to go in Day 1a. He's seated at the same table as Chane Kampanatsanyakorn, Jaime Kaplan, Nicolas Cardyn, Fabian Quoss, Dylan Honeyman, and Jeff Lisandro.
Yesterday, Hellmuth nearly won his 14th gold bracelet, but finished fourth in the AU$2,200 Six-Max No-Limit Hold'em event for AU$38,909.
