Over the course of the last few hours, Table 29 has been complaining that the other table is playing a lot slower then they have.
Recently a game behind has developed into two games behind and so forth which has caused the players to ask the tournament director to do something about.
Consequently it was decided that Table 29 would pause while Table 31 would play catch up so that the players on Table 31 would be happy with the speed of both games.
The action started with Sam Khouiss raising to 3,300 from the cut off and getting called by Brian Rast on the button as well as Bruno Portaro and George Danzer in the blinds.
The flop came down and Portaro led out of 6,500. Danzer and Khouiss got out of the way. Rast called.
Both players then checked the on the turn before the dealer produced the on the river. Portarto reached for his chips and bet out 9,500. Rast then raised it up to 23,500, sending Portaro into the tank for several minutes. He eventually made the call but mucked in disappointment when Rast rolled over his for trip sevens.
Sam Khouiss raised to 8,000 in the cutoff and Bruno Portaro called in the small blind before leading on every street of the board with Khouiss calling him down.
Portaro tabled his , but it would be Khouiss' that would see him scoop the pot.
