Today, Vallinas has already joined the Main Event field, as has third place finisher Julien Montois. No doubt we will see several other familiar names join the field as the day progresses.
It's official! The tournament clock shows 505 of 520 players remaining, meaning that Day 1b of the 2019 Winamax SISMIX Main Event has become the largeste starting flight in the history of the event.
It surpassed the 518 set on Day 1c of last year's event. And with late registration open for another 12 levels(!) that number could increase further still!
Bruce Grannec defended his big blind to 1,100 open and check-called 800 on the flop. The turn was the and the pair checked. The pair checked the river and Grannec showed for a missed flush draw. His opponent showed and took down the pot with king-high.
Meanwhile, on a neighbouring table, Marti Roca bet 1,200 on a flop and his opponent called. The pair checked the turn and his opponent check-folded to a 3,900 bet on a river.
Benoit Carayan limped under the gun and Ivan Gabrielli raised to 1,600. Moundir Zoughari has been doing well of late and has already doubled his starting stack of 50,000. He called as did Carayan.
The flop came . Zoughari checked and Carayan moved all in for 11,000. Gabrielli moved all in over the top and Zoughari folded.

Carayan had run into a bigger flush draw, but the turn gave him an unlikely lead. The river was the and Caryan doubled up.
