Prodhan Defends Big

Frederik Andersson opened from the middle to 1,200 and the only caller was Masud Prodhan in the big blind. Prodhan check-called Andersson's bet of 1,200 on the flop.

They both checked the turn, but when the river came Prodhan fired 6,500 into the pot and Andersson mucked his hand. Prodhan couldn't hold onto those chips however, and he busted a few hands later.

It folded back to Silver, and he shoved for about 16,000, pushing the other two players out of the hand.

Pasi Kakkonen was in late middle position, and he raised to 1,400. John Gough came over top from the cutoff to make it 4,000.

It folded back to Kakkonen and he took a few seconds to count out a four-bet to 11,200. Gough didn't take long to shove his stack, which covered Kakkonen by quite a bit.
