Davey Finds Two Outer on the River to Stay Alive

• Nível 25: 20,000-40,000, 5,000 ante

The final table was one card away from being set, but then Daragh Davey somehow managed to spiked a two outer on the river to keep his tournament hope alive.

It happened after Paul Febers opened for 80,000 and then snap-called Davey's shove of 1.135 million from the big blind.

Febers: {a-Spades}{a-Clubs}
Davey: {9-Spades}{9-Hearts}

Febers had woken up with pocket rockets and had Davey drawing slim. The {8-Hearts}{8-Clubs}{4-Clubs} flop meant Davey could only stay alive if he caught one of the two remaining nine, and while he didn't on the {K-Hearts} turn, he did on the {9-Clubs} river.
