Elvyn Bello and Dan Heimiller clashed in the blinds, with the Q♦J♠8♥ flop producing checks from both players.
Bello checked again on the 6♣ turn, with Heimiller following suit to see the 3♠ river. Bello led out for 1,300 and that was enough to claim the pot, as Heimiller quickly mucked.
Adam Nudo checked the 5♥A♠J♠ flop from the big blind, with Pedro Ingles firing 1,000 in early position. David Uvaydov made the call in the cutoff and Nudo came along to see the 10♣ turn.
Another check from Nudo was followed by another bet from Ingles, this time for 2,400. Uvaydov folded and Nudo called once again.
Nudo checked one last time on the K♦ river and Ingles slid out a bet of 3,500. After taking a moment, Nudo raised to 7,000.
Ingles thought it over and opted to fold, as Nudo added to his stack.
Richard Hasnip opened to 800 from under the gun and found calls from Paul Chanderson on his immediate left and Gevork Kasabyan in the big blind.
Kasabyan and Hasnip checked the Q♠9♣6♠ flop before Chanderson fired a bet of 1,400. Kasabyan was the only caller to the 10♣ turn, where he checked again. Chanderson bet 2,600 and Kasabyan called to the 10♣ turn.
The 10♥ river saw Kasabyan lead out for 2,500, with Chanderson making the call. Kasabyan showed 10♠5♠ for trip tens, taking down the pot as Chanderson frustratingly mucked.
After a middle position open to 800, Michael Nia slid out a three-bet on the button to 2,200. David Pock answered with a four-bet from the small blind to 8,200, with the initial raiser folding and Nia making the call.
The 4♣5♦7♦ flop was revealed and Pock checked. Nia moved all in and Pock did not take long to make the call.
Michael Nia: J♦J♥
David Pock: A♣K♦
Nia was ahead with pocket jacks, which held through the 2♠2♥ runout to double his stack.
