Lex Veldhuis
Lex Veldhuis

When play ended on Day 1, the $4,000,000 guaranteed prize pool had not been reached yet. However, with late registration being open until the start of today, that is very likely to change. At the time of writing the clock reads 3,981 entries, with a top prize of over $570,000. Those numbers are sure to still rise, as many more are expected to take a final shot at becoming a SCOOP Main Event champion in the hour that remains until play commences.

Among those that have already made a reentry for the starting stack of 100,000 are Daniel "SmilleThHero" Smiljkovic, Gilles "TaxationIsTheft" Simon, and Pedro "kurtWSOP" Cavalieri. PokerStars Ambassador Fintan “easywithaces” Hand will also make a last-minute appearance, as he was the only one of the “Red Spades” who did not succeed in making Day 2.

Stay tuned as PokerNews will provide all of the exciting action on the bubble-bursting Day 2 of SCOOP 108-M: $1,050 Main Event, as well as the $109 Low and $10,300 High versions of the tournament.
