Final Table

"K9648714" was the first to go after jamming the river with ace-high and getting called by two-pair. Next out was "bagoch," who open-shoved a short stack with queen-nine and couldn't get there against the ace-eight of their opponent.

Andrey "Anjeyyy" Novak had doubled up a few hands earlier when he got it in with big slick and lost to the jacks of the eventual tournament champion, sending the Ukrainian grinder out in sixth place. "gnetaren" eliminated another player shortly after when "Gbisback" three-bet jammed with ace-jack and ran into the ace-king of "gnetaren."

Rodrigo "SELOUAN1991" Selouan was eliminated in fourth place for after his queen-eight couldn't beat the queen-nine of his opponent. Anatoly "NL_Profit" Filatov, who finished Day 1 as chip leader, was sent out in third after his king-jack couldn't get there against the ace-nine of "gnetaren."

Heads-Up

"gnetaren" and Arruda exchanged chip leads back and forth early in the heads-up match but the Swedish player built a big lead after a hand where he showed down top two-pair. Not long after, Arruda scored a double when he jammed with a straight and "gnetaren" called with just a pair.

The most notable hand of heads-up play occurred when Arruda jammed on the river for less than a pot-sized bet with his tournament life at risk. "gnetaren" had exhausted their time bank and was forced to fold when they timed out of the hand, shipping a big pot to Arruda and putting the players even in chips.

"gnetaren" built back a chip lead was dominant for most of the two-hour heads-up battle. Arruda was down to 14 big blinds when he open-shoved with king-six and ran into rockets, marking the end of his tournament life.
