Fast Eliminated; Kurganov Decimated

Dietrich Fast won't be able re-enter anymore after busting his second bullet. Fast limped in from the small blind and faced the likes of Daniel Negreanu in the big blind. On the turn, Fast check-called a bet of 3,000 with 7,700 behind and then checked the river.

Negreanu bet enough to give Fast all but two opponents and the German eventually called it off for less than eight big blinds. Negreanu flipped over for two pair, and Fast mucked the for third pair.

One table over, Scott Margereson and Igor Kurganov got into a raising war in a battle button versus small blind. Margereson ended up as the player at risk for 40,800 with and Kurganov flipped over the inferior . There was no surprise on the board and Kurganov was left short in chips.
