Joe McKeehen vs. Chance Kornuth

Nível 2 : 100/200, 25 ante

Action folded to Chance Kornuth in the small blind and he limped. 2015 World Series of Poker Main Event champ Joe McKeehen then exercised his option from the big with a raise to 800, Kornuth called, and the flop came down {2-Clubs}{3-Diamonds}{5-Hearts}.

Kornuth check-called a bet of 800 and then both players checked the {2-Hearts} turn. Kornuth checked for a third time on the {7-Hearts} river, and then folded when McKeehen bet 2,200. Despite winning that pot, McKeehen is still sitting on the smallest stack in the room.

Tollerene and Akkari

Nível 2 : 100/200, 25 ante
Andre Akkari
Andre Akkari

Ben Tollerene was the post-flop aggressor when the cards came {6-Spades}{3-Diamonds}{2-Hearts} with 2,000 chips in the pot. Akkari was the only caller and the two men saw a turn of {4-Diamonds}. Tollerene made it 3,200 and Akkari (pictured) called again.

On the {J-Clubs} river, Tollerene made it 3,000, but Akkari raised to 8,200. Tollerene was faced with a difficult decision and he let it go, to drops slightly behind Akkari in the chip counts, although both men are over the starting stack and average.

Colman Spoils a Rubdown

Nível 2 : 100/200, 25 ante
Daniel Colman
Daniel Colman

A three-way pot gave us a chip leader in the $25,750 High Roller going into the break here at the PokerStars Championship Bahamas.

On a flop of {2-Clubs}{6-Clubs}{2-Spades}, Daniel Colman made it 3,600 to see a turn card. Noah Scwartz and Jonathan Jaffe both called behind. The turn card was the {7-Spades}, and Colman sensationally moved all-in!

"I can't even enjoy my massage!" said Schwartz. "How much is the shove?"

While the dealer counted it out, Schwartz did the same, announcing "44,675, OK." The dealer corrected him "It's 45,675."

"I'm Jewish, that's the same," said Schwartz with a laugh, before agonising to a fold. Jaffe made the call, however, and showed {4-Spades}{6-Spades} for the flush draw. Colman turned over {K-Diamonds}{K-Hearts} and that won the hand after the {8-Diamonds} river gave him a monster stack of almost double his starting 50,000.

"See you in the next one." said Jaffe. Schwartz confirmed after Felipe Ramos called it that he'd folded {A-Spades}{K-Spades}.

"True story." he said. All we know for sure in that hand is that Colman has 91,000 and the chip lead in the tournament.

Players on Break

Nível 2 : 100/200, 25 ante

The 58 players in seats have gone on their first break, a 20-minute sabbatical. There have been 60 entries after two of the players re-entered.

We'll be right back at the tables when the players are in their seats.

On the break find out why Randy Lew almost got himself to fold Kings preflop.

Joe McKeehen Busts and Promptly Re-Enters

Nível 3 : 150/300, 50 ante

After the under-the-gun player raised to 900 and Aliaksei Boika called from middle position, Isaac Haxton called from the cutoff. When action reached 2015 World Series of Poker Main Event champ Joe McKeehen in the big blind, he three-bet all in for 8,175.

The original raiser folded, Boika called, and Haxton got out of the way.

Boika: {a-Hearts}{q-Spades}
McKeehen: {9-Clubs}{9-Hearts}

McKeehen was looking to hold, but that didn't happen as the board ran out {10-Diamonds}{q-Clubs}{8-Hearts}{q-Diamonds}{3-Hearts} to give Boika trips and the win.

McKeehen was eliminated on the hand, but made his way to the registration desk to immediately re-enter.

Tollerene Calls It Right

Nível 3 : 150/300, 50 ante
Ben Tollerene
Ben Tollerene

Jason Koon put the pressure on Ben Tollerene (pictured) at their table after a board of {7-Clubs}{5-Clubs}{5-Diamonds}{5-Spades}{9-Spades} had been dealt.

Koon bet 16,000 with a pot of 9,600 already in the middle. Tollerene took two or three minutes, but eventually made the call. Koon turned over {K-Spades}{J-Clubs}, but Tollerene's {6-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds} was good enough for a turned full house and he leapt up to well above the average. Koon, who won the $100,000 Super High Roller here earlier in the week, is now a little short-stacked, but with a good structure, has plenty of time to work his way back up the leaderboard.
