Updated Counts

Nível 16 : 3,000/6,000, 1,000 ante

According to the screens, there are just 189 players remaining and below you can find some of the updated counts. More to follow shortly.

Izzitreallyd has a Chicken Sandwich

Nível 16 : 3,000/6,000, 1,000 ante

A player in early position limped, as did Izzitreallyd on the button. Chicken then shoved for more than 80,000 and the initial limper folded. Izzitreallyd however called and the cards were tabled.

Chicken: {K-Clubs}{J-Clubs}
Izzitreallyd: {K-Diamonds}{Q-Hearts}

The board came {8-Spades}{7-Hearts}{4-Hearts}{8-Diamonds}{9-Clubs} and the kicker played a crucial role, eliminating Chicken.

Karol Janiszewski Doubles With Aces

Nível 16 : 3,000/6,000, 1,000 ante

Tomer Aminpour picked a bad timing to put his hopes on {A-}{K-}, as Karol Janiszewski woke up with the {A-Spades}{A-Hearts} behind him. The stacks went in and Janiszewski was the player at risk for 106,000. The board ran out {9-Spades}{8-Hearts}{3-Spades}{6-Hearts}{4-Hearts} and the Pole doubled up.

Marek Blasko Doubles

Nível 16 : 3,000/6,000, 1,000 ante

After a raise to 12,000 by a player in early position, Richard Schaaser flat-called out of the small blind. Marek Blasko shoved out of the big blind for 73,500 and the initial raiser folded. Schaaser called and put the Slovakian at risk.

Blasko: {3-Hearts}{3-Spades}
Schaaser: {A-Spades}{2-Clubs}

The board ran out {A-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}{3-Clubs}{2-Spades}{J-Clubs} and Blasko doubled up a set of threes.

Lukáš Klíma Eliminated in Two hands

Nível 15 : 2,000/4,000, 500 ante

Lukáš Klíma exited in unfortunate fashion. First he lost a huge pot with pocket sevens against the {9-Clubs}{9-Diamonds} of Bo Nesgaard after the latter check-raised out of the blinds on a flop of {7-Clubs}{4-Clubs}{4-Spades}. Both players checked the {9-Hearts} turn and the stacks then went in after the {2-Diamonds} river.

Soon after, the remaining short stack of Klíma went in with {K-Hearts}{10-Spades} and Vitalii Polikarpov found the {J-Clubs}{J-Spades} out of the big blind. The board of {9-Spades}{2-Clubs}{2-Hearts}{A-Clubs}{5-Spades} brought no surprises and a deflated Klíma left the tournament area without a single word.

Already Down to 220

Nível 15 : 2,000/4,000, 500 ante

Within 20 minutes of play on Day 2, the field has been reduced from 251 to 220 already. Among the recent casualties were HP, Olle Icke and Konstantin Kostyakov. Olle Icke had won the Ticket and & Ca$h Side Event and also cashed in another tournament last night. His plan was to double up early, but his media ticket was just handed over and the German is out.
