Ignacio Moron opened to 6,000 from the cutoff and was called by Darren Rabinowitz and Johan Guilbert from the button and big blind respectively.
Action checked to Rabinowitz on the flop and he fired for 5,000. Guilbert thought over his options for a few moments before raising to 22,000. Moron got out of the way and Rabinowitz did the same for the pot to be awarded to the Frenchman.
There was another great High Roller victory for Isaac Haxton in the PCA $100,000 Super High Roller, winning over $1,000,000 after a three-way chop.
The American made an ICM deal with Seth Davies and Adrian Mateos, and came out on top as the trio played it out to decide the victor.
This result came less than a week after another High Roller victory in Las Vegas, with Haxton calling it a fantastic start to the year.
"I don't think I've ever won two tournaments in a row before, and these are pretty good ones to do it in," Haxton told PokerNews in a winner's interview. "So yeah, I'm feeling great. This is a fantastic start to the year."
Maria Konnikova raised to 6,500 from late position and Fabian Bernhauser came along from the button before Christoph Csik called in the big blind. The flop was and Konnikova continued for 9,000. Bernhauser called and Csik got out of the way for the on the turn. Konnikova checked the turn and Bernhauser fired 22,500, which Konnikova called to see on the river. Konnikova fired another bet and Bernhause tossed his cards in the muck to give up the pot.
Meanwhile, across the room, Nick Petrangelo was seen stacking up a big pot with showing and on the board. The apparent double moved Petrangelo over the 600,000 mark.
There was around 29,000 in the pot. Joni Jouhkimainen was in middle position against Mike Watson in the big blind.
The board read and Watson checked. Jouhkimainen bet 15,000 and Watson paused before putting Jouhmainen all in for 68,000 effective. Jouhkimainen quickly folded as the chips went to Watson.
Steve O'Dwyer opened to 6,500 from middle position and was called by Elio Fox on his direct left and Stefan Lehner from the small blind.
Action checked through to the river for the final board to show . Chen checked and O'Dwyer bet 8,000. Fox thought about it for a moment before settling on a fold and Lehner called after some time in the tank.
The tournament director has instructed the dealers to shuffle up and deal. Day 3 of the PCA Main Event has begun with 151 of the 889 players remaining.
